Hot tub installed fall of 2025 and ready for 2026! This over-sized two-story home is the perfect multi-functional getaway to relax with family or enjoy time with friends. Perfect for large groups or 3-4 families to share. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but is just a few steps ( less than 100 ft) from Rehoboth Ave, which features: boutiques and specialty shops, five-star restaurants, award-winning bars, a boardwalk, an amusement park, the beach and so much more! But, why even leave the house? The house itself features: A LARGE SWIMMING POOL, HOT TUB (installed Fall of 2025), LARGE FRONT PORCH for summer mornings and late nights, LARGE FULLY STOCKED CHEF S KITCHEN , WET BAR, and other OUTDOOR VACATION AMENITIES. Living areas include: THREE LIVING ROOMS (plus the backyard) + THREE EATING AREAS (plus tables in the backyard) + Games! You cannot get more center of town with a great proximity to the beach than this. The balance gives you a private home, but quick access to restaurants, shops, bars, coffee, and most importantly, the beach! The house alone is phenomenal - the location puts it over the top!

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week s stay is $344.25.

It was nothing like they advertised. Pool was dirty ,leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. I could go on but it would take too long.

Great Family House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to make family memories and this house enabled that. Enough space for everyone, plenty of games and having the pool was a plus.

Family stay

This house is very spacious and was great for my big family. The only issue was the shower was coming off of the wall and water was seeping under causing it to bubble. The house and location of the house is spectacular but the plumbing needs an upgrade.

Not such a great house

The house did not meet our expectations because: 1. The layout was awkward with the kitchen in the basement, 2. The furniture in the main TV room was uncomfortable, 3. Except for the TV in the basement, the TVs were temperamental and had to be periodically be rebooted, 4. The king mattress had no slats or box springs under it resulting in us sleeping on the floor, 5. Several of the amenities did not work, ie the fooz ball machine had a ping ping ball instead of the right one, we couldn't access the video game system and one of the game consoles did not work. Altogether a disappointing house that we would not rent again. On the plus side, our agent Stephanie was good.
