It is located close to beautiful Assateague Island, nestled between Ocean City and Berlin. You are 1.3 miles away from downtown, .5 - 1 mile away from shops, restaurants, and anything you may need. The house is set on a private, dead end road with plenty of private parking. The sunset views are absolutely stunning! Birdwatching is great and you have your own PRIVATE waterfront . The private dock in the front yard is perfect for access to deep water and provides the opportunity for guests to crab, fish, and paddle board or kayak. You can see the beautiful water views from every window. Herring Creek Nature Park, the perfect location for a walk or jog, is a mile away. The perfect low key , welcoming location for any guests! Extra highspeed wifi, Comcast cable, crab pots and gear, SUP, Weber grill, and more. Work from home and have a waterview. The SUNSETS are STUNNING. The local business owners live here.
All guests for the past 70 years have loved this incredible location. Bald eagle nest on the creek and a large osprey nest is across the way. Come enjoy your stay AND a locals secret spot. Last summer's guest is the perfect reference. Come see what this location is all about. You will love it! The rate is more than reasonable if you compare to weekly rates in the area. Have your own dock and 350 feet of waterfront at your doorstep.

Welcome to Herring Creek. I am a Mom with 16 and 18 year old boys. My family along with my mother and father welcome you to come enjoy our 4th generation cottage. Through the years we have only welcomed friends back to this area and you can see why. This is a great opportunity for boaters, SUP individuals, or avid nature lovers. Last years renter and the year before loved and treasured our home. References can be requested so you gain more knowledge about this specical place and the location.

Location, location, location. 1.3 miles from downtown, minutes from Berlin, and Assateague. Don't fight the traffic for all of your needs. Quick to get onto Rt. 50 for drive to WEST OC, Berlin, OC, Assateague, and Salisbury hospitals. Even close for back roads to Bethany or Fenwick. TRUE waterfront (not a canal front) with 350' water frontage. Open waterview from each room. Mature trees on the property. Shade, hammock, perfect porch, and newer dock. Watch the blue herons, blue birds, bald eagles, and more. If you want relaxation this is where to reside. Water sports or crabbing or fishing from your own personal dock - what a delight. Sunsets are some of the best in this area!
