A true sanctuary, this 2200 sq ft multi-level luxury chalet comfortably sleeps 10 including adults/children & features 3 bedroom (3 kings), + 1 dbl bunk, + 1 trpl bunk and a full memory foam mattress sofa sleeper + 3 full bath + 1 steam bath + 1 sauna. Option (ask) to add adjoining unit #8 to sleep 12 total. Smart TVs, gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, laundry, dishwasher, wifi. 2 story floor to ceiling glass great room, huge deck & spectacular views out onto the pond. 1 min drive to village, 4 minutes to Holimont, 6 minutes to Holiday Valley. This is part of a multi complex unit consisting of 4 additional units. All are complete separate units, set up with privacy and their own entrances, parking and deck/patio spaces.

I truly never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to. The owners were so welcoming and accommodating. They were quick to respond with any questions. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and spotless. Looks like it’s out of an HGTV show. Two minute drive from the center of the town/shops. Will definitely come back!

Exceeded Expectations

Sayed three nights at this unit. The photos do not do it justice. Our family has rented a number of units in the Ellicottville area and this by far was the nicest. Every detail of the unit was well thought-out and the finishes and furnishings were high-end. It did not disappoint in any way. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful Ski Trip

We loved staying in this house. Very close to ski resorts 5 min drive. Also a 2 min drive to town where we did takeout every night. The house was very well equipped, everything we needed and more! Including the kitchen with high end finishes, wine fridge, nice appliances, dishwasher, blender, etc (unusual in a rental, even at this price range). 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The host was very responsive, fast and accommodating. We were able to add an extra night last minute, plus she gave us 3 complimentary lift day tickets to Holimont! No complaints. Not cheap but worth it.

3rd time visit, won't stay anywhere else!

This marks the 3rd time we've had the pleasure of staying at this residence. It's incredibly clean, the bedding is top notch and the main living area is spacious while also being cozy. The windows allow for incredible natural light throughout the space and the short distance to the downtown area and ski slopes makes everything very convenient. It genuinely perfect for a group of friends or for your family. All I can ever do is thank the owners of the property every time we stay there because it makes our stay memorable every time. Our stay here was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place as a great get away. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Location was close to village, restaurants, skiing, and tubing. Back of house had a nice deck and a place to have a nice fire. We were unaware there were going to be other renters downstairs, but we never heard them so it was not an issue for us. These people did a great job on renovating this place and all their little extras like coffee, shampoos, games, etc. were a great compliment to the place. We will definitely be back.

Luxurious Stay!

It was such a nice getaway with our family! Beautiful home, we felt like Chip and Joanna Gaines designed the whole thing. It had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen! Super close to town for whenever we wanted to get out. I highly recommend Kristie and Brandon’s property for a nice getaway in a home away from home!

Our family had a great weekend at this unit. Everything was very clean and nearly brand new. The owners provided many nice amenities that made our stay very comfortable and they graciously accommodated our requests. Definitely will check on this property the next time we stay in Ellicottville. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious home, perfect for large groups!

The home is even more beautiful than pictured. The kitchen and dining area are spacious, perfect for large groups. There is one bedroom downstairs, two upstairs, with three full bathrooms. The sauna is great. There are two full decks, one connecting to the kitchen and the other connecting to the two bedrooms upstairs. We stayed during the wintertime, so we didn't utilize them but they would be great during the summer months. Furthermore, Kristie is amazing and super responsive (and even leaves you a great bottle of wine)...

Perfect location, luxury feel

I recently stayed in this villa with 7 coworkers and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations, location and feel of this villa. It's honestly the perfect place to stay in Ellicottville. The massive vaulted ceiling, rustic elements of the staircase & barn beams, gorgeous kitchen, comfortable beds, super clean bathrooms.... there's honestly no part of this place not to love. This place is absolutely a 10/10 and I will look no where else in Ellicottville to stay other than here. Please keep this available to rent going forward!

That pic was taken of me and my main squeeze Brandon when we were traveling throughout Colorado a few years ago! Brandon & I are lovers of travel, anything adventure & outdoors, cycling, ice hockey and animals. We are bee keepers and rehabbers. We spent 4 years tearing this old building down, rebuilding it and in-between we discovered an old barn with alot of character! With some grit and a whole lotta help we spent many days & nights piecing together around the integrity of the original structure. At a few points we thought about burning it, some days I wanted to call Joanna Gaines and ask her "how the heck do you do this"? Then there were the thoughts of just walking away, but, we pushed through. It's not perfect, but it's pretty darn close... and such is life. We hope you are traveling with someone you can take time to really enjoy the moments with and make amazing memories with in our labor of love. We especially hope however short or long, you make your stay in this place your home. Enjoy the moments, live for the memories! All our best, Kristie & Brandon

Situated on 5 acres less then one minute into the Village of Ellicottville the Cam Neely will exceed all expectations as it gives a far away feel in the middle of nowhere but it's conveniently located close to everything. It's really a home away from home.
