Villa #1402 at Villa La Estancia is a 2,163 sq. ft. two bedroom, three bath home on the 4th floor offering exceptional views and sounds of the beach plus spectacular sunsets from its oversized balcony. This villa sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the second bedroom and a pull out queen in the living room. There are 3 full baths plus a washer and dryer. Experience a well equipped gourmet kitchen with eating areas at the bar, dining table or on the terrace. You can enjoy cocktails or reading your favorite book in the seating area outside or nap on the chaise lounges with the ocean breeze.

Purchasing a condo at Villa La Estancia has been on our "bucket list" for a long time. We were blessed this year to make that dream come true. We hope to share our condo with as many people as we can that will appreciate the views, food and rich culture of Mexico.
