The bed are very firm.The living room is very outdated with mismatched furnishings had old musty smell.The kitchen was nice and modern.The bathroom also was nice and updated.I arrived after 4:30pm and need it to contact the host for the pass code for the door.

We were worried that because of the existing water marks on the walls in the game room that there was mold and that was where the 3rd bedroom was.The kitchen was poorly stocked and there should be some kind of explanation of the fact that the only way into the house was up a dozen or more stairs because it would be too hard for some people to get up them. We actually had to lighten our cooler to make it up those stairs.And, the tvs were hard to operate….even tho we didn’t watch much it was confusing.The view sitting behind that plexiglass wall on the deck is priceless! It keep a ,out of the wind off you and it’s very relaxing.

Everything was actually here at the house. There were just quite a few things that didn’t work, which made it quite an inconvenience at the last minute for us to come.. we did appreciate the late checkout/ no charge for the inconvenience.

It was an excellent home. Space was plentiful. The king bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in a rental! I just wish there was a more direct path to the beach, because it sort of looked like it from the pictures. The public beach entrance wasn’t too far away though. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach Getaway

We had a great time. I wish the beach access was a little closer but was easily within walking distance. The bed in the master was uncomfortable so I slept downstairs.

Nice place

A functional hot tub and a nice view was what we were looking for. Great place. We could tell that it’s a work in progress but it’s well put together and well appointed. We look forward to coming back later in the year. Could use some new beds though.

Million dollar view

Amazing outdoor space. Updated kitchen and primary bath. Beds could use an update. We were caught of guard by the third bedroom being in the unfinished basement portion of the house but thankfully could utilize the pull out couch instead.

Owner and property manager both know there is a homeless shelter directly adjacent to the home and tried hiding the fact.

Great dog friendly house with a large deck to entertain on.

The house advertised a ping pong table but ot was gone. We were looking forward to playing.

Great!

The house itself is great! Great location! There was a homeless camp just below the deck that was visible from the property. There was a large tarp and a tent. It was a little un nerving, having homeless people that close.

Out of all the outside lights only two worked, called to have the one on the garage fixed and they came out and took the bulb but never fixed it. And there is a homeless encampment not 15 ft off the front deck.When we arrived there was still spaghetti sauce on the dining table and dishwasher.The beds and couchs were like sitting and sleeping on concrete nothing comfortable

Summer Fun

Beautiful views from the deck. Windows detract from the view. Lots of room for us to spread out, could not get TV in front room to work and there was a strang odor in the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The view was great, and the amenities were as advertised. However, I found the beds too hard and the furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. That being said, I would stay there again.

Best View in Lincoln City!

The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking! We could see the ocean and the bay. I sat outside most of the time either on the large deck or in the hot tub. The house has retro charm. It was very clean and everything worked well. The hot tub worked perfectly! The house is very private on a large lot. We enjoyed the rec room on the really rainy days. We will definitely be back!

Ebbing Property

Fantastic view. Kitchen great. The rest of the house needs to be updated or not listed. Stained carpets. Smell of urine and so creepy.

Amazing views

Loved the location. Hot tub was clean and hot. Can't beat the view from the deck and inside the house. Open floor plan perfect for family gathering. Ping pong was a blast. Realized third bedroom was on the lower level off the garage, far from the rest of the living space. Wouldn't put littles there but worked out for us (all adults). Wished we could open and close the garage from outside. All in all loved our stay and would use again.
