❗️Important Considerations... there's a lot to love about Lonestar but let's be sure it's the right fit for you:

1. Rental Agreement: Must sign agreement & provide ID within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours). Failure to sign will result in cancelation with applicable cancelation penalties.
2. Occupancy: Max 4 persons at the condo at any given time, including non-overnight guests. This count includes adults, children and infants.
3. Minimum Age: Booking guest must be age 21+ (or active military) & occupant of the Property.
4. Accessibility: Top-level studio via 2 flights of stairs; pool via 1 flight; no elevator.
5. Location: May hear noise from others in condo complex, occasional construction sounds.
6. Sleeping Arrangements: Queen bed + queen sleeper sofa.
7. TVs: streaming services only; no local cable.
8. Pet Policy: DOGS ONLY. NO CATS or any other pets/ reptiles. Well-behaved, potty-trained dogs welcome with non-refundable fee of $25/ night/ dog (if not selected at time of booking, will be requested post booking). Must register in advance. See rental
9. Vehicles: No trailers, RVs, boats or non-standard vehicles in parking spot or street per Nashville regulations.
10. Nature and Pests: Expect bugs in the South. While we take precautions to prevent critters from entering the home, occasional encounters are inevitable.
11. Limitations: Cooktop only (no oven); No dishwasher; No ice maker; Wall AC/ Heat Unit.
12. Pool: Open from mid- May to Labor Day annually. Closed other times of the year.
13. Laundry: Washer/ dryer in complex laundromat (PAY / use machines) in building next-door; no detergent provided.
14. Size: Our studio condo is 440 sq ft in size.
15. Smoking: No smoking/ vaping inside studio or on balcony + no smoking in community areas of condo complex. Adhere to no smoking signs throughout building.
16. Building Age: Condo built in 1950s and though renovated in 2022 there are some charming creaks and imperfections unseen in photos. The condo complex has areas of building where it shows its age. Each condo individually owned, community areas maintained by HOA/ property manager.
17. Smart Home/Security: Exterior cameras at entry door (NO interior cameras). NOTE: other condos in building have similar style security cameras. Echo devices in living and bedrooms (can be unplugged).

Perfect place for us

Southbound stay was just right for stay. They did a great job updating the studio condo. Everything was clean, well-appointed and well stocked. We picked South Bound Stays for our visit to Nashville has our son lives right across the street. Location is conveniently located to all the Nashville spots. We will definitely stay here again.

Love this place!

I can’t enough about this studio- it is immaculate and well supplied. The bed is so comfortable with quality bed linens and bathroom has everything one could need. The owners left a welcome note and goodies. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea and a tea pot, which is a bonus for tea lovers like myself! Cute sitting area outside to enjoy morning tea/coffee. The location is convenient to walk to First Watch, Publix and the best Thai restaurant in town! Lonestar has it all wrapped up in a small package. Love love love it!

Fantastic!

We had a great experience during our stay. Megan is quick to respond to anything you might need but chances are they’ve already thought about it and whatever you might need is waiting for you at the condo or in the guidebook! From one planner to another this was an amazing stay packed with great suggestions for the trip along with some great tips about the area too!

Taylor Swift getaway

Everything was perfect to visit Nashville for the first time and enjoy the city before we saw Taylor Swift!! Very clean very safe well communicated back and forth and cute goodies for us as well. Highly recommend again and again!!! Worth the money!!

Great Location

I was here for work, very nice and just as described. Such a comfy and cozy attomosphere, beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Melrose is listed as being a little noisy, It was actually pretty quiet, I did stay thru the week, but no problems with noise. I would deffinetly stay again, Thank you for listing thru VRBO, I loved my stay.

Cute property, pool was a bonus

Very clean and tidy, the snacks and note the hosts left were thoughtful. They provided a bunch of ear plugs, but noise was never an issue for us. Was great having the pool on the hot summer days we were there. It seemed lightly used, we often had it to ourselves. Short ride to downtown or several good restaurants in the 12 South neighborhood (which we walked to).

Best VRBO experience we've had!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The host were exceptional and so accommodating. Communication was a breeze! The location of this place is perfect it was never more than a 10min Uber ride to anywhere we needed to go. Megan and her husband really know how to make the experience great. Would recommend 100x over.

Charming studio

Weekend trip to see my daughter at Belmont. Location and parking made it easy to get around and all the special touches in the studio made it comfortable, modern and charming. The outside of the building doesn’t Match the lovely inside. Melanie was so helpful and made the process super easy, as well as the “app” with all the helpful information about the property, restaurants and things to do.

Cozy and convenient

This little studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. The building seems like an old motel that has been renovated into a bunch of short-term rentals. I could hear neighbor's music and dogs but people weren't being raucous and the hosts graciously supplied earplugs. I appreciated the little desk and reliable internet, since I was working during my stay. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. Parking was ample, although there's also a lot you can walk to in the area. I'd recommend this for a solo stay or couple's trip.

Lonestar Studio - it’s a must for your Nashville trip!

Great property. Beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. Melrose neighborhood has so much to offer. A quick Uber to Broadway, the Parthenon, Belle Meade Plantation, etc. Several awesome breakfast spots in walking distance. Wonderful restaurants close by in 12 South area (also walkable). Amazing Hattie’s B’s location nearby. Megan, our host, was so helpful. We were celebrating a big occasion and she helped our friends surprise us with a gift. She even added her own special gift to personalize the occasion. It made me cry happy tears. We’ve never had such an incredible host. That alone is worth the stay because it made the trip feel like staying at a friends place. Thanks. We’ll be back!

Fantastic Hospitality

We were very happy with our stay at this location! The inside was welcoming and inviting and had absolutely everything e needed for our stay in Nashville. We were visiting friends in 12South and this location was closer to the highway than 12th Street but that made for easy access to and from all of Nashville. It was a bit loud but that’s to be expected in Nashville. The hosts had ear plugs available just in case :). If there is one singular thing I would change - the lighting was a bit bright white lights, but honestly 10/10 would recommend this location and be back any time in the neighborhood!

Small Gem off the beaten path ❤️

Adorable Lil nest! We will definitely come back and stay ❤️ It was just perfect for myself and hubby. Close to everything you need, including liquor store on the corner! A perfect studio in a great location

My dog and I just stayed for 4 nights at this darling studio. The unit had everything! The complex had a large grassy area to walk my dog. The end unit is great with lots of windows and great light. Helpful guides for the area are provided. I’m already planning my next stay there in a couple of months. Awesome experience!

Stinkin' Cute Nest

We didn't get in 'til late our first night and when I crawled in bed the sheets smelled deliciously clean! You can tell how much they love renting out this space by how they have thought of everything you could need. We could walk to many eateries and the other neighborhoods like 12 South are within walking distance as well, making this a great location. Loved it!
