The place was just what we needed. It provided us with a place to stay during our long drive to our new home across country. It was pet friendly which was a bonus because those are hard to come by! If I ever go to Nashville for an actual stay I will totally book again!

Great open space and furnishings; clean and recently updated so it felt like a new space. Also, as someone who arrived late in the day, I really appreciated having a Keurig and a supply of coffee ready to go for the next morning!

Very clean, easy communication/check in check out process. The room is exactly as advertised. Within walking distance of Geodis Park and the 12 South area. Downtown is about a $12 ride. I would stay here again in the future.

Very cool spot. I’ll admit, I was a little unsure about a motel converted into a short-term rental—but this place was dialed in.Super clean room, comfortable bed, and surprisingly quiet. Everything felt well thought out.Location was perfect—easy 5-minute drive to downtown Nashville or about a 12 Uber. Plus, you’ve got everything you need nearby: liquor store down the block, Mexican spot across the street, breakfast place up the road, and a great little pub just a few blocks south. All around, a perfect place to stay. Thanks for hosting!

Great location! Love that parking was included. Nice pool for the kids to get out some energy. Ac was loud and could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around but those are typical of an older building.
