Très bel appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée d’une maison, bien équipé et spacieux, avec un magnifique jardin méditerranéen très agréable.La piscine, chauffée à 30 C, est un véritable plus et permet d’en profiter pleinement.Comme nous l’a indiqué le gestionnaire après notre séjour, « la maison est mitoyenne par le haut ». Cela nous a malheureusement occasionné des nuisances sonores durant notre séjour, les locataires de l’appartement situé au-dessus étant assez bruyants.Le propriétaire n’y est évidemment pour rien et nous avons apprécié la qualité du logement. À titre personnel, nous aurions simplement préféré une location davantage indépendante, sans vis-à-vis ni proximité immédiate avec des voisins (la terrasse donnant sur la piscine et le jardin).Dans l’ensemble, une très belle location, particulièrement agréable pour profiter du jardin et de la piscine mais ce n'est pas une villa individuelle.

Merci Fabrice de votre élogieux commentaire et des remarques constructives que vous avez jointes. Notre plafond est effectivement partiellement mitoyen. Cette mitoyenneté est précisée dans la demande de respecter le calme le soir pour les voisins du dessus. Mais le plus important pour nous est votre confort, c'est pourquoi notre Concierge vous a appelé à mi-séjour pour vous demander si tout se passait bien, et avez répondu que tout allait bien. C'est dommage car si vous nous aviez informés que l'artisan qui occupait l'appartement vous incommodait, nous aurions pu rapidement agir. Nous regrettons cette information a posteriori plutôt qu'une action immédiate qui aurait rendu votre séjour aussi agréable qu'attendu. Pour les prochains voyageurs, nous précisons ainsi que les travaux de l'artisan sont terminés, et que la mitoyenneté partielle se partage désormais avec un couple de personnes retraitées, discrètes, occupant en résidence secondaire. Nous avons eu, Fabrice, un grand plaisir à vous accueillir, et vous remercions d'avoir pris soin de notre villa, ainsi que de votre commentaire, au surplus des échanges que nous avions déjà eus. Prachtig en smaakvol ingericht huis, perfect gelegen op wandelafstand van zowel het gezellige centrum van Sanary als van het strand (Plage de Portissol); wij vonden het handig dat er vlakbij een bakker en kruidenierswinkeltje was op slechts 300m. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Het huis beschikt over een gezellige en mooi aangelegde tuin met zwembad. Privé-parking beschikbaar.
