J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Martine, qui est très gentille et arrangeante. Arrivée simple avec la boîte à clés. Il y a avait tout pour se sentir chez soi, surtout avec une très belle vu sur le port. Le seul désagrément à été l'odeur des canalisations qui était assez forte, mais sans gêne pour le bon déroulement du séjours.

bel appartement avec un parking gratuit en face le centre ville est proche seul bémol la salle de bain la cabine de douche merite un raffraichissement joint de silicone moisie support savon rouillé a la base et quand la porte est ferméé reglette et joint tout noire mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain pas d'ouverture extérieure idem pour la chambre pas de fenetre

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und angenehm eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts; viele nützliche Dinge (Elektrogeräte) waren vorhanden. Der Schlager war das "Fruits de mer"-Set mit Austernmesser und Schalentierzangen. Der Blick am Balkon - unschlagbar, ich habe auch deshalb gebucht. Zwar war ich drauf vorbereitet, es fahren allerdings dann doch kontinuierlich unten Autos vorbei, auch wenn das Appartment sich im 3.Stock befindet. Das muß aber nicht jeden stören. Ein großer Vorteil indes war, daß sich vor dem Haus jede Menge 'freie' Parkplätze befinden, was in der Bretagne eher die Ausnahme ist und man oft so seine Sorgen mit dem Loswerden des Autos hat. Die Gastgeberin M. habe ich kurz vorm Gehen auch noch persönlich getroffen. Sie war sehr nett und sympathisch. Ein schöner Abschluß. Ich würde das wieder buchen und empfehlen.

Das Haus ist schön groß für eine Gruppe mit 8 Leute es gab zum Glück 3 Bäder eines davon aber "en suite" daher an sich nur zwei Bäder für die Gruppe nutzbar.Die Sauberkeit war ok bei genauem Hinsehen nicht mehr 10punkte aber alles i. O....baulich sind ein paar Sachen zu machen teilweise guckten Lichter(Treppe) aus der Wand und die eine Seite der Terrassenüberdachung ist leider nur Schön Wetter... Super war der Kamingrill im Garten... Also alles in allem ein schönes Ferienhaus für ca. 6-8 Leute für einen Geschichtsausflug in diese Region... Salzwasserpool war im Übrigen auch top :)Als letztes sei erwähnt in der Anzeige steht für Partys geeignet... Dann bekommt man aber bei Ankunft eine SMS mit der Aussage bitte kein Lärm zwischen 22 und 7 Uhr da die Nachbarn die Polizei rufen und die Strafe bei ca 5000 Sloti liegt(etwa 1150Euro)...das ist sehr irritierend und die Anzeige sollte diesbezüglich angepasst werden.

Le logement était parfait, nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin ! Un vrai plaisir, la localisation est idéale. Le logement est propre et joli, la vue de la grande baie vitrée est exceptionnelle. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés lors de notre prochain séjour sur la côte de Granit-Rose.

Appartement lumineux très bien équipé

Si, comme indiqué dans l'annonce, la chambre est petite (tout comme les WC), l'appartement est très agréable à vivre et offre une belle vue avec un balcon ensoleillé le matin. Il est aussi parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque ! Sa situation rend aisé le stationnement (gratuit) et permet un accès facile aux principaux sites touristiques.

Très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement vue sur le port

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le soleil était au rendez-vous. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires qui prennent le temps d'expliquer les lieux et sites à visiter. Bel appartement avec balcon dont la vue est magnifique sur le port. Proche du centre ville et des plages (petite navette toutes les 1/2h si besoin), nous avons apprécié l'équipement complet et de qualité ainsi que la propreté de l'appartement. Nous recommandons ce logement.
