Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist zauberhaft, ebenso unsere Ansprechpartnerin vorort. Der Blick auf das Meer ist unvergleichlich.

Emplacement idéal

Très bon emplacement : très belle vue sur la plage de Testraou, accès immédiat au sentier des douaniers allant vers Ploumanach. La plage est à 2 minutes à pied. Le centre-ville est à 1 km mais il y a des restaurants et des commerces proches de la plage. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont très récentes. Bonne literie.

Die Wohnung wurde uns in unbewohnbarem Zustand übergeben. Es lag ein erheblicher Wasserschaden vor. Der gesamte Boden der Wohnung war vollgesogen und zwar soweit, dass es zu Elektrikausfällen kam. Der Schafen war dem Vermieter bestens bekannt, denn in der Küche war das Trocknungsgerät versteckt, welches wohl vor unserer Ankunft schnell beiseite geschafft wurde. Check-in unmöglich. Es war nur eine Handlangerin des Vermieters vor Ort, deren einziger Kommentar zum Zustand der Wohnung ein unverschämtes "Je Sues desoléwe" war. Expedia uns ihre Subunternehmen waren hier auch wenig hilfreich. Sie vermitteln ja nur... Bei einem solchen Vermieterverhalten kann ich nur sagen: Finger weg!

Direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie abgebildet. Die Minuspunkte gehen an An- und Abreisetermin. Zeitlich nicht gut abgestimmt, dann doch wieder anders. Lage ist sehr schön, aber Terrasse wird als Parkplatz benutzt, Vorteil ist das eigene Auto vor der Tür. Das Doppelbett ist 1,40 m breit, was fast typisch ist für Frankreich ist. Für frisch verliebte optimal. Die Fenster in den Schlafräumen sind ebenerdig mit der Straße. Bettwäsche musste man doch selbst mitbringen. Tauben nisten direkt über Terrasse, gleichzeitig Eingang, man musste mit den Klappstühlen ( Terassenmöbel ) etwas Abstand halten. Das Hochbett ist sehr niedrig und die Matraze füllt den Bettrahmen nicht aus ( zu klein ). Die Küche ist super bestückt und optimal, alles da. Das Badezimmer auch optimal. Die Aussicht ist genial, wenn nicht zu viele Autos vor dem Haus stehen. Man hat die komplette Sicht auf die ganze Bucht. Kurze Wege zum Bootsverleih und zu Bäcker und anderen Geschäften. Insgesamt sehr schön.

Location agréable

Si le séjour et la chambre sont un peu vieillots, la cuisine et la salle d'eau sont modernes et fonctionnels. Il y a même un lave-linge. La vue sur la plage est exceptionnelle (lorsqu'aucune voiture n'est garée). Accueil très sympa par Mme Le Naour.

Superbe semaine à Perros Guirec

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec une sperbe météo. Nous avons pu déjeuner tout les jours devant l'appartement grâce au mobilier de jardin. Nos hôtes furent très accueillant. Plein de ballades sur les chemins côtiers.Bref un très bonne semaine.

Vue sur la mer… et sur la cabine de chantier

A notre arrivée, nous avons été surpris de constater que la redidenve était en chantier. Pendant deux jours, nous nous sommes demandés si nous n’allions pas être réveillés par des bruits de perceuse ou de mini-pelle. En définitive, ce ne fut pas le cas. Cependant, nous avions loué cet appartement en grande partie pour sa vue imprenable sur l’océan. Et là, grosse déception: devant notre fenêtre trônait la cabine de chantier, avec toilettes, etc. Nous aurions aimé être prévenus lors de la réservation de la présence de cette roulotte de chantier. A part ça, appartement très propre et fonctionnel, région superbe pour les amateurs de randonnées sur les sentiers douaniers.

Nous comprenons parfaitement la frustration de nos locataires dont la vue sur la mer a été particulièrement réduite. Nous savions les travaux en cours mais ignorions le positionnement de la caravane de chantier. Celle ci disparaîtra avant la fin de ce mois de mai avec l achèvement des travaux de vrd. Le résidence se fait encore plus belle pour accueillir tous les vacanciers !

Appartement confortable avec beaucoup de qualités et cette situation idéale. Un peu désappointée de ne pas trouver à l’arrivée un équipement minimum ,condiments prévu dans la liste,éponge… Par contre trouvé un grand soutien et aide généreuse pour gérer un très désagréable problème de panne de voiture Encore merci

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Der Ort Perros-Guirec, speziell der Strand, die Gastronomie, das Personal, die gesamte Gegend - alles perfekt und unbedingt eine Reise wert. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sehr sehr freundlich, wohnte zeitweise neben unserem Apartement und gab uns bereitwillig Informationen. Die Bretagne ist ein Land des Lächelns. Schönes Apartment mit Meerblick

Ein sehr sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit Bilck aufs Meer. In der Nähe befinden sich der Strand und ein Bäcker, alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind am Haus vorhanden. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, für uns hat alles perfekt gepasst.

Guter Empfang durch die Besitzerin selbst. In der Wohnung alles wie abgemacht, ebenfalls der Check-out. Perros-Guirec ist auch im September eine Reise wert, weniger voll, aber nicht ausgestorben, für uns gerade richtig.
