Set on over 3.5 acres with 300+ feet of waterfront, this vintage family homestead offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Located at the end of a private dead-end road, the property features a beautiful lawn, ample parking, and peaceful surroundings. The home is ideal for those looking to enjoy excellent fishing and kayaking (just minutes from a public boat launch).

Step back in time with the original "old school" party room, complete with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and an original Wii system with games. A half bath is also conveniently located here. The main floor includes a full bathroom, a queen-sized bedroom, two living rooms, a game room, a spacious dining room, a full kitchen, and a lovely sleeping porch with 5 single beds.

Upstairs, you’ll find another full bathroom and three bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full & single, and 1 with two single beds). There’s also room for air mattresses and extra storage space.

Conveniently located within 10 minutes of restaurants, Wegmans, a distillery, shopping, and entertainment, this home is perfect for both relaxation and exploration.
