There are 4 master bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. This fabulous villa has no direct rear neighbor, providing the privacy you desire. It is situated in a very quiet area of the very desirable gated community - Solana Resort, just off Hwy 27 (between the I-192 and I-4), only 10 miles away from Disney World main gate, a few minutes from several renowned golf courses. This is truly your perfect home away from home.
Rooms and suites are lavishly decorated in a classical style but retained modern elements. This villa is equipped witha full kitchen, free WiFi, every bedroom has its own HDTV.
The sparkling clear pool and spill over spa soothes away the stress and tiredness of your long day’s visit to Orlando, Disney World or the golf courses (Heating for the pool and spa is optional and incurs a heating fee if requested) $180/week or $30/Day plus 12% tax. To protect your young children the pool area has a protective fence. This villa also has a game room with a pool table, foosball and air hockey table.
All guests have free access to the state-of-art clubhouse including kids’ playground, community size swimming pool/spa.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property! The booking was easy, efficient, and communication was excellent and directions were thorough. It was in an excellent location close to all the fun of Orlando and local shopping with a spacious pool and tons of room for large groups. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Spring break with family

Our family vaca was enjoyed by all from 15 mth olds to Nana. The home was spacious ,clean. Plenty of towels, linens and dishes and cookware for our group of 10. The pool area was relaxing and safe. The beds were comfortable w/ choice of memory foam mattress’ or firm. We had a slight bump w/ spa heat , but Stephen was very responsive in getting it resolved. Thanks and we look forward to staying again.

Universal Studios Trip

The house was spacious. Loved the 4 suites with king size beds. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was a perfect place to sit and hang out all together. The owner is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this house. We would definitely stay here again.

Great clean roomy

Kitchen well equipped with everything you would need. House is roomy and has lots of seating. Beds are comfortable and this home has 4 king ensuites plus 2 kids rooms (one decorated boy and one girl) each with 2 twins beds. The pool is clean warm and well cared for. Lots of patio seating to enjoy the outdoors.

This place was amazing! Very kid friendly, my 2 yr old niece loved the little snail car to ride around. Very spacious for a large family. The pool and spa was amazing after a long day at the parks. I would definitely recommend this place.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for us. We had 13 people, and it didn't feel crowded. The pool/spa were a great. We took advantage of them every day. The location of the home was close to restaurants and grocery stores, very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay Here for Disney Trips!

This property was amazing and perfect for an extended Disney vacation! Only a 25 min drive from Disney; you will love this quite retreat and save way more than enough to cover parking! The owner was consistently responsive and customer focused! We’ll be back again for sure.

Very accommodating owner

We were there during hurricane Milton. The owner allowed extra time to allow for the storm to pass before needing us to checkout. The location is also very close to grocery, retail and gas stations.

Safe neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host and property manager had very good communication with us. Other than a couple cosmetic things (which are just normal wear and tear) this place was perfect for us and had everything we needed. We stayed in January and opted to have the pool heated and it was so worth it! Very pleased with our stay.

We are big Disney fans in our house and were looking for more room to stretch out in during our Florida vacations. While we are new to Home Away, this house is certainly not. We have purchased this beautiful home and are continuing the previous owners listing. Unfortunately we are not able to carry forward any of the great reviews it has gotten in the past.

What makes this property unique

The back of the house is south facing, so it gets sun almost all day. The huge covered lanai provides protection from the sun when needed. There are no houses directly behind, providing a nice private backyard.
