Our OCEANFRONT 2 bedroom, well appointed condo boasts a spectacular sunrise right from the balcony as you sip your morning coffee. It rests on the 3rd floor, making the views of the ocean that much more spectacular and is still just a 5 min walk to a boardwalk leading to miles of beautiful beaches. Features 2 pools (1 heated), 5 hot tubs, tennis courts, a pickleball court, and bocci. Just 10 mins from the fabulous Old Town Historic District.
Must be 23 years or older to rent this unit.




Our small team is always happy to help and responds to questions and concerns between 9am and 10pm EST.

This condo was perfect for the four of us. Was located close to restaurants and other attractions. Short walk past the dunes to the beach. The host was very responsive and considerate.

Everything about this stay was great. The host are incredibly accommodating and the communication is top notch and very thorough! The area is very nice and the condo was very clean and welcoming. Beach front views and very easy access to beach and the area in general. 5 of 5 star, we would definitely stay here again if returning to St. Augustine area!

There was a palm tree in the view that we looked around to see the full beach. The weather was to cold to fully enjoy the beach, but looking at the beach was nice.

Check in was easy and quick. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and was conveniently located for all the activities we had planned. Lots of restaurants nearby (we especially liked Viola's for Italian). The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows in both bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Pros: Location!It is literally steps away from the boardwalk to the beach. Witnessed beautiful sunrises from the condo balcony and from the beach. Master bedroom has an amazing view. The balcony has partial view as there is a large palm tree blocking some of the view. It’s a 15 mins drive to the Fort/Historic District.Less 10 mins to the Lighthouse/Alligator Farm.So many restaurants to choose from.The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Cons: There was a pungent musty smell our entire stay. We did not remove a star for this as we understand this can occur in high humidity places. One amenity advertised was not available (laundry pods). We had to purchase this on our own and use our own pods to complete check out instructions (start load of all towels). Communication with host was perfect. They responded in a timely manner and checked in to ensure everything was going okay.

Susan - we really enjoyed hosting you and would love to have you back anytime. It was so great to hear that you feel the condo was so lovely and that y'all had a great visit. It's unfortunate that the parking pass process was so unpleasant - we couldn't agree more! That is a function of the Condo Complex and the HOA - its their requirement and we have absolutely no ability to change or improve it, but we were glad we were able to hop in and take over the process for you.

Great amenities. Very relaxing.

Property is amazing. Couple of pools. I think there's four hot tubs. Two easy accesses to the beach. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Great views from the balcony. Everything you could possibly need coffee pot and blender. Two musts at the beach. Very comfy couch. It was so relaxing. We had the best time.

This was an absolute gem. The pictures do it no justice. It’s even more beautiful and peaceful in person. All the things a family needs without having to pack all the necessities. But most importantly was amazing response time and communication from the host, Butch. I never had to guess any part of the process. Parking was simple, the beach was a few steps to the bridge. Go left out the resort and you’re 1 mile from grocery stores. Go right and you’re at amazing restaurant’s. The main bedroom will ensure you sleep your best. The bed was “home” comfy. The patios rendered beautiful ocean views. My favorite chair is the one facing the ocean. It was so comfortable. And I’ll end with this… the host left a breakfast packet (pancake batter, butter and syrup). It was a nice touch to make us feel right at home. I WILL be visiting again next year.

We live on a small off-grid homestead just outside of Asheville, NC. One of our favorite spots to visit has always been St. Augustine, and we won/host multiple properties in the area.

Back at home on the mountain, Maria is a kindergarten teacher, and Butch is a tech entrepreneur. We have two daughters who enjoy school, traveling, and meeting new people. We are so happy to have an excuse to visit the St. Augustine area many many times a year combining our work and play.

What makes this property unique

Being able to walk to dozens of restaurants of all types and quickly access Publix and Winn Dixie both less than a mile away, means you won't waste your vacation driving around in your car.

When you are ready to get out and explore, you are less than 15 minutes to St. Augustine's historic old town. Entertainment, history, 5-star dining, shopping and so much more await. Imagine if New Orleans and Savannah had a baby - that's St. Augustine!
