Lovely Cape Cod style 3 BR 2 Bath cottage just minutes from the Pacific ocean, a clean, uncrowded beach, and just 20 minutes drive from downtown San Diego. Free, fast WiFi. Rent month to month, with minimum stay of 30 days. Small pets OK.

This adorable cottage is in a charming beach town within walking distance of the Pacific ocean and natural wildlife preserve. Guests have access to an amazing tropical backyard with fire pit, and water fall where hummingbirds bathe daily. Two of the bedrooms have their own private decks that open to the amazing backyard. Feel free to use the propane fire pit and grill!

Located just 20 minutes south of Downtown San Diego, and only 6 miles from Coronado Island, Imperial Beach is a cozy & relaxed beach community perfect for a Southern California getaway. Beach-goers, surfers, & nature lovers will love the diversity that Imperial Beach & San Diego County has to offer.

Amazing place!

We stayed here for a few months while on a work trip, amazing place not too far from the beach and close to lots of shopping. The host Meli was extremely attentive and helped us out with whatever we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this house and plan to stay again!

This is the second time we stayed at this property. We came to get out of the AZ heat. Last year the house was covered in cobwebs. We took it upon ourselves to clean them off the deck, outdoor furniture and house. We were unaware that the host lives in a casita 15 feet from the master bedroom door. You can not see the casita from the street or in any of the photos. This is not disclosed in the property description. We helped the owner do various tasks on the property to be nice and because we wanted to get along with her due to her living on the grounds. There was no privacy. We spent most of our time out of the house, so it wasn't that big a deal. This year we returned to more cobwebs.. everywhere. We cleaned them up again. The house was not clean. Floors were dirty, old condiments in the fridge, the baseboards haven't been cleaned in at least a year. This year we spent more time at the house. The host, who again lives in a casita in the backyard and works from home, has 4 cats that climb all over the outdoor furniture and she is constantly outside chasing them around. There had been were skunks living under the back deck. The backyard she calls paradise has racoons rummaging through the cat food. The laundry is in the garage and shared with the host. You cannot use the garage or the driveway. The host has 5 cameras on the property. It felt like we were being monitored the entire time we were there. She wanted to hang out with us all the time. It got to be intrusive.

A gem in Imperial Beach

Great place to stay in IB! Just a few minutes to the beach with a beautiful backyard and plenty of room. Kitchen is well stocked and the house has everything you need. Meli is a sweetheart and even had a crib and sheets and diapers for our son when we arrived. Our family highly recommends!
