Great Time at the Beach

Great location, great hosts!

Kim was super communicative with us and all of our questions, and replied very quickly. The house was beautiful and had everything we could have needed. We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet offered on the beach, further away from Las Conchas and Playa Encanto!

Relaxation at the Beach

We had two teenage boys, their parents and 4 seniors 78-90! The property was perfect as the young family spent much time on the beach and in the water while the senior set had a relaxing time sitting on the covered patio enjoying the waves, the birds and just being there.

Great place away from the hustle of town

A great place for our group of 15! There were plenty of beds and we love having the ocean right out the door. The kitchen was well stocked and we had enough towels. It was nice to have a pretty private beach away from the resorts. We wondered if the drive from town would feel arduous, but for us, the privacy was worth driving a bit to get there.

It was a beautiful house just a bit confused about the driving directions. Once I did understand them it was easy and fast getting there. The house was clean. Also not sure on the check out the instructions so I justCleaned really well before checking out. Loves the beachfront access and my 93 year old grandmother loved it.

We rented both lower and upper level. We all had such a great time in this hole. Lots of memories to keep forever. Owners are very kind. The online pictures of this house do not do it justice. Much bigger than we were expecting! We will definitely be back next summer!

Close to Perfection

This was as close to perfection as you can get! The house was clean, beautiful, and fit our large family perfectly. The large covered patio downstairs was great for getting out of the sun at times and still allowed to take in the serene beauty of the private beach and ocean. The directions were simple to follow and Kim was easy to get ahold of. We'll definitely be booking with Kim again the next time we go to Mexico.

Well maintained house, lots of beds which was helpful with the gaggle of kids we had with us. Upstairs/ downstairs kitchens were helpful! No problems with the AC or plumbing. Kim was easy and prompt to communicate with. We loved the remoteness of this property! Just our group and the beautiful beach, no reason ever to leave the house. Would recommend / would stay again

Perfect for varied sized groups!!

These condos were great! They had enough space and its nice to know in the future if you have smaller groups what you can rent. I love that it's in Playa Maravilla too, very quiet and the vendors still come by as well. It's nicely equipped with handy items if you forget and includes bathing towels. One thing I could wish for these condos is that the upper unit had direct front access to the beach rather than having to go to the back and around or through the lower unit. An outdoor shower would be great too. Otherwise it's great! We'll be back!

Great family trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our large family (16 total). Everyone had plenty of space and all the necessities we could need. Very nice time, but location is remote

We stayed in Villa Sirena Azul for 5 days with 2 families. The house was clean and modern. The beach was beautiful and very private! We loved watching the tide come in and out each day. The location is quite far from the town, and much of the way is unpaved. You won't want to go back and forth, and definitely not at night, so stock up with food and be ready to spend most of your time at the house. The property managers Kim and Barney were very nice and helpful, but texting and calling them can be difficult due to weak wifi. You will not have access to the laundry room, and there is no dishwasher. Overall, we had a very relaxing time!

Thanks you guys. We enjoyed your visit as well. The Wi Fi works great inside the houses. Just need to go to settings on your cell phone and select "wi-fi calling." When outside, use the local cell service Telcel. People must register their phones to the available local networks especially when out of the country. We stream Netflix, Roku, and movies just fine with the strength of our Wi-fi. We are sorry to hear you had trouble operating your cell phones out of the country. It can be tricky if you are not familiar with how it works. You are correct we are about 5 miles east of town out here on the private beaches. Unfortunately the Encantame Resort just cut off our normal entry road so they can build their private resort road. We are currently petitioning the city to make this big money resort let us access the road we built and have maintained ourselves for over 20 years. Our new road is dustier than the Encanto road, but not much bumpier. The price we pay for total privacy away from town, crowds, noise, traffic, etc. We hope our road will be much better soon or when you return. Hope to have you stay again anytime. Thanks, Kim n Barney

The best experience ever!!

We stayed her for my daughter senior trip with very close friends and family members. We never felt crammed in. The space is amazing, the house is so beautiful, and you step outside on a nice sandy beach! Can't wait to go back!!

PERFECT 🏠 and PERFECT location!

If you want to have an amazing time with family and friends with a great host, this is the house I recommend. Normally I don't leave a review, but this house and the communication with the host exceed my expectations. The house is clean, spacious, has the perfect views, it is not crowded. Surprise family reunion

Kim was amazing!!! I was planning a surprise family reunion and I don't know if I could have pulled it off without her help. The house was gorgeous, the pictures don't do it justice. It was the first time in 24 years that all the siblings were united. Needless to say, it got pretty loud, but not having neighbors nearby was perfect for us. The family loved it so much, they want to go back next year. We definitely recommend renting this house. Word of advise: follow Kim's directions. We tried using the GPS but it got us lost on a dirt road without gas. I called Kim to ask for nearby gas station and directions. She showed up 10 minutes later with gas and led us to the house. She went above and beyond! Thanks to Kim for making this trip unforgettable with all her recommendations.

Beautiful and fun times at the beach

I usually don’t write reviews, but it’s hard not too!!! This place was amazing! More than I expected! As soon as we walked in we were blown away! Beautiful beaches, bonfires, jet skis, banana boat and great food! I really appreciate Kim for making our vacation memorable! Definitely Would come back!! Directions were on point !! Gate keeper was very pleasant! Beach water was perfect! Miss this place already Thank you Kim for everything!
