You have access to FREE private parking steps from the beach (saves you $20/day and the lot doesn't sell out).
In the evening, return home for dinner on the deck with plenty of room and seating for all.
No worries here, the yard is fenced and sits on a quiet side street.
The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated but have not lost their vintage charm. All your kitchen needs are on hand.

We are a beach family! We have always spent our summers by the shore and were thrilled when we had the opportunity to own a piece of paradise. This house reminds us of the places we stayed as children and we wanted to share it with our own family. We love to travel, but always feel drawn back to the shores of Rhode Island.
Why they chose this property
Being close to Charlestown Beach we are able to get to the ocean for the wonderful sun and views of Block Island. We also have the opportunity to kayak in the pond without traveling very far. We purchased this cottage because of its quiet location, but close access to so may wonderful thing. The house is less than a mile to the beach, under 7 minutes to Blue Shutters Beach, and 5 minutes to Ninigret Park. A wonderful local coffee shop and ice cream stand are around the corner.
