Luxury Seaside Villa - Preferred Building 1 - Pools are Open

This luxury beach front condo is located on North Beach at Villa Del Sol. It is located in preferred building #1 and has a spectacular view of the ocean overlooking Corpus Christi Bay. Enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise and a cocktail while watching the sunset. Listen to the sound of the waves and smell the fresh sea breeze. It is minutes from main attractions including “The Blue Ghost” – USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Hooks Field, Hurricane Alley Water and Schlitterbahn.

This is a 460 sq. ft. fully furnished condo that can comfortably accommodate 4 guests but if you don’t mind being in close quarters, it can sleep up to 6 guests (4 adult travelers and 2 children, per HOA regulations). It is equipped with full kitchen with new granite counters, full size range, microwave and refrigerator, pots & pans, silverware, dishes, wine opener, crock pot, electric fry pan, blender tea and coffee pot (coffee included). It includes luxury towels and linens. Flat Screen TV, Free WIFI, 2 Pools (1 heated), fitness room and 4 portable chairs for your use at beach, (Don't forget to bring beach towels, sunglasses, hats and sunscreen.

No pets allowed- The Homeowners Association has a strict no pet policy for non-homeowners.

No events, parties or large gatherings
Quiet Hours after 10pm

While tenants are allowed to have visitors no more than the number of people authorized on the reservation may stay in the room (4 adults and 2 children per HOA rules). Failure to comply will result in tenants getting vacated without refund of any moneys. Please note all visitors must check in.
This condo is not ADA equipped

Check out Instructions:

Please take trash to the trash bins located to the left of the elevators
Please wash all dishes before check-out
Please place all used towels on the shower floor

Early Check in/out
Unless a state of emergency is called by city or state officials for all people to be evacuated due to hurricane or other reason, the tenant is responsible for payment of agreed reservation. No monies will be refunded for any late check-ins or for early check outs. Tenant is paying for the time frame reserved.

All guest must check in at the lobby for vehicle parking sticker and gate keys. Please note there is an additional fee of $15 for parking, pools and beach access. Photo ID may be required at check in.
