Fish on Fall River right on the property! Fishing license required. The home includes WiFi, TV, and washer/dryer. Just ¼ mile to downtown Estes Park and a few miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. Exterior security cameras monitor the front door and driveway. We reserve the right to cancel reservations.

Home was gorgeous, spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to prepare meals with all the cookware and utensils we could ever need. We woke up to the sounds of the river rushing by every morning and enjoyed the hot tub and the patio lights at night. Overall perfect stay!

I am so glad we picked this place to stay. There were 5 of us ladies in our 40’s. The home was immaculate and had wine and chocolate waiting for us, which was just perfect after a long week! The hosts were so responsive and kind. There were deer each day and we did puzzles and enjoyed time in the hot tub. If you are looking for an awesome stay - I would highly recommend.

An amazing house! Had an excellent NYE in Estes. Loved that there were some many robes and towels provided for the hottub. We used the grill for steaks. Everything was great, would stay again!

We had a lovely stay at this cabin the weekend before Christmas. The property and house were exactly as described, clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Our stay was comfortable and cozy. Exquisite property in beautiful setting with everything you would need and then some. Home decorated very nicely with mountain theme and very nice furnishing and local art. Will definitely book again. Host was most accommodating. Rated it 10 out of 10!

I can't say enough good things about this home. First, it is the cleanest Vrbo I have ever rented. The location and views are amazing! We had Elk lounging in the backyard and many wild Turkeys. We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful and in the perfect location. We always rent a house on Fall River and this was the best place we have ever rented. So peaceful, but also within walking distance to town. We loved sitting out on the lovely decks overlooking the river. Kitchen had everything we needed too! Highly recommend!
