400m from San Ginès beach and mountains (800m alt.)
* no air conditioning required at the seaside, 1 fan per room and 1 turbo fan for the living room brewer.

Wifi 3 MGB free, if the connection of the satellite does not respond, I could in no case be held responsible, nor any compensation will be possible.
Optional: not included in the rental:
On request you can sign and have access to broadband by paid contract for the duration of your stay.
Towels are not included in the rental:
For your comfort we put them at your disposal:
1 bath towel and hand towel: € 5 per pers.
1 beach towel: € 5 per person.
This service will have to be reserved before your arrival and to be paid upon delivery of the keys.
