Amazing Mountain and Sea Views - Mojon Hills, Isla Plana, Spain

This bright and breezy three bedroom and two bathroom holiday apartment has fantastic views over the sea and charming old fishing village of Isla Plana. It boasts an added large panoramic window from the living /dining area with a spectacular unobstructed view.
There is a spacious furnished balcony off the living room which leads up to the rooftop solarium. The balcony has a built in storage area which holds an additional refrigerator and freezer for your extra food and drinks. There is also a new gas barbecue for grilling.
It has 3 good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage and fitted wardrobes.
The master bedroom is ensuite with a king size bed and TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living and dining area and includes a dishwasher.
There is a large rooftop solarium which is perfect for sunbathing and dining whilst enjoying the wonderful views. There is a communal pool.
It is only a short walk to the beaches and the charming village of Isla Plana and its quaint restaurants and bars. This is a unique and unspoiled area of Spain to enjoy throughout the year.

Fantástico

Hemos estado esta Semana Santa, y decir que a esta casa no le ha faltado ningún, ningún detalle para sentirnos súper a gusto. Las vistas espectaculares, tanto de día como de noche. La zona muy tranquila, y cerca (con coche) tienes todos los servicios y entretenimientos típicos de la zona., así es sencillo disfrutar.

Está ubicado en un entorno maravilloso. Las vistas desde la casa son increíbles, un sitio tranquilo, con mucha paz. Muy bien ubicado y equipado. Una casa para disfrutar del privilegio de la naturaleza . Muy bien equipado , cómodo y con unas terrazas fantásticas.

Lovely stay in a quiet Spanish village

Overall we had a fabulous stay,we had a great 3 weeks quiet and relaxing. Had a few issues with the wfi but this was sorted by Karen and joe straight away. The villa is fully equipped and spacious. The beach and amenities were further away than we thought, but we soon got used to it by the end of the stay. Some information on local bars etc would have been useful for where to go. Joe the property manager was always on hand if needed to ask anything. The communal pool was clean and spacious and we used it a lot. The complex is home to many permanent residents so be prepared for the occasional noise from the neighbours dogs below the villa. Thank you Karen for a wonderful stay we will certainly be back

Bra för fyra vuxna

Välkomnande värd på plats för att visa bostaden och alla finesser. Enkelt att få tag på via Whats-Up ( även granne). Bra läge med fin utsikt över hav och berg. Välutrustad med allt som behövs för ett par semesterveckor. Vi hade bokat för 6 vuxna men vi blev bara 4 vilket var tur för sängarna hade varit lite små för 6 personer. Bra takterrass men då det bor flera familjer av svalor i takfoten blev det snabbt smutsigt. Grannens hund som gick ute till stor del och skällde på allt och alla kunde ibland bli lite störande. I det stora hela en toppen lägenhet för fyra vuxna vilken vi kan rekommendera till andra.

Superbe

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Karen , l’appartement est très agréable , très bien équipé ( très bonne literie ) , une vue à couper le souffle entre mer et montagne, très calme , proche des commerces, de la plage et des restaurants . Nous avons également apprécié la belle piscine , très grande , très propre , très agréable avec beaucoup d’espace autour . Merci aussi à Jo qui nous a très bien accueillis et qui reste disponible pour tout le séjour . En résumé , des super vacances, à refaire sans hésitation !!!
