Superb unobstructed view of the sea and the hills, not overlooked.
The house has a plot of 1200m2 with a 4x8 swimming pool, a trampoline .....

The house has 4 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with a 180 bed, a second with a 140 bed, a third with a 120 bed, a fourth with a 90 child bed.
A single bed is available as an extra.
A fully equipped modern kitchen.
Very neat decoration.

A Beautiful Modern Decor Villa with Stunning Views!

David the Owner went above and beyond making us welcome at his beautiful Villa situated with stunning mountain views with a hint of Mediterranean Sea in the distance. The Villa was well equipped , comfortable modern decor and soft furnishings . Being so close to Nice , Monaco , Eze, just a short drive to the coast and all amenities It had the Wow factor!! Just loved the peace quiet and time to chilax by the calming pool... we were very sad to leave!!

Séjour parfait. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires, villa superbe, photos conformes, pas de vis à vis et la bonne surprise : plus proche de Nice que ce que nous pensions. Nous avons profité de cet accès idéal pour nous rendre régulièrement dans Nice, Monaco (30 minutes), Menton, Villefranche, ... quand nous ne profitions pas tout simplement de la piscine. Bref, mérite ses 5 étoiles sans la moindre hésitation.

Magnifique séjour en famille

Nous sommes une famille avec 2 enfants en bas age (2.5 ans et 8 mois). Nous avons avons passe un sejour magnifique. La villa presente une vue splendide et de nombreux atouts pour occuper les parents et les enfants. Une piscine tres bien pensee (avec une surface tres peu profonde pour que le tout petit puisse barbotter), un trampoline pour amuser le plus grand (et le papa), une terrasse magnifique avec 2 tables et une plancha a gaz pour prendre les repas a l'exterieur. L'interieur de la maison est tres agreable également et parfaitement equipé. Serviettes de bain, draps, machine nespresso, four a amicro ondes grille pain etc ... Boulangerie a 5 minutes en voiture avec de bons croissants tous les matins. Nous nous sommes fait livrer les courses avec Ooshop (commande faite avant notre depart) ce qui nous a fait gagner une demi journee. L'endroit est tres reposant, depaysant et une voiture sera necéssaire pour y acceder. La location est bien situee pour aller visiter Monaco (30 min), Nice (20min) et Cannes (50min). Enfin, les hotes sont tres bien organises et ont fait tout leur possible pour nous faciliter la vie en mettant a notre disposition jouets et accessoires pour enfants/bebes, en repondant a toutes nos questions. Nous avons egalement apprecié les recommendations restaurants et la fiche d'explications complete sur le fonctionnment de la maison et sur les elements importants a connaitre sur les alentours. Nous n'hesiterions pas une seule seconde a y retourner. Nous vous remercions chaleureusement.
