Relaxing Desert Get-Away

The longer you stay the more affordable it is.
Nestled in the foothills of Yuma AZ, this 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom boasts a large yard with a sparkling pool (not heated, so pretty cold in the winter months) . Enjoy the mild winter days and beautiful winter nights on the large covered patio, complete with large BBQ gas grill, outdoor dining table, and lovely seating area, or come during our spring and summer and enjoy the refreshing pool, and cool A/C to escape the AZ heat . There is a large yard for your full enjoyment complete with new turf area for lounging. The great-room has a custom island with seating, a small dining table, and a fully stocked kitchen. A leather couch and recliner for your T.V. watching comfort.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, and a walk in closet with two small dressers. The master bathroom has double sinks, and a custom tile shower.
The first guestroom has a queen sized bed, with a large dresser and closet. The second has a queen bed with a small dresser and closet.
The guest Bathroom has a tub and shower combo and one sink.

Great get away

Loved this beautiful home had everything we needed for our weekend! Beautiful back yard and had a very nice pool just sad we didnt get to use it was to cold . Hopefully we will be back to enjoy the pool! Great place to stay and great communication with the host.

Nicest Pool in Foothills Yuma

Our stay at the house was great. House was so nice and it had everything you needed. The pool was so nice and everything was so clean. This is our second time staying here and we look forward on staying here again in the future.

This property was the perfect get away. December weather was in the low 70’s. Got some much needed sun by the pool. Pool was too cold to enjoy but house was very nice. Would stay at this property again.

We had a great two weeks in Yuma. This is the third time we rented this house and never have a complaint. Love the location, enjoyed the pool and several golf courses within a few miles. Great choice.

Awesome Home in Quiet Neighorhood close to freeway

All the reviews for this property are spot on. Everything you need for cooking, towels, toiletries. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet but still close to the freeway. The backyard is a wonderful oasis. I can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful Foothills home

The house is in a great neighborhood just east of town. Beautiful inside and out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal. Back yard was spacious and the pool was amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Paradise in Yuma

What an amazing place. My husband and I have rented a lot of VRBOs…this one was the best we’ve ever stayed at. From the very well appointed kitchen, the water softening system and reverse osmosis for drinking water, the wonderful out door area and lastly the great response from the host for a minor issue we had. We would definitely stay here again!!
