70m² apartment, renovated in 2017, located at Place du Port-Vieux, 30m from the beach, on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with lift. The real plus is the private parking space in the basement of a residence located 50m away because it is impossible to park in the city center.
Everything can be done on foot: beaches, market, shopping, bars, restaurants, ...

This apartment, which has just been renovated, is composed of:
- an entrance
- a living room / stay giving on terrace with sight on the rock of the virgin
- a separate kitchen with balcony
- 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto a balcony
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
