About this property

Waterfront Condo with an amazing view - Pet Friendly

Sandy Shores is your front row seat to sensational sunrises on the private oversized balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch pelicans dive for their breakfast.
The condo is located on the top floor, there is Not an elevator. There are 24 steps, but no noisy neighbors to disturb you from above.
Dogs are allowed. Condo Association rule...2 dogs or 1 dog, 45 pounds COMBINED weight max. I will be notified if this rule is not followed.
The quiet beach is across the street—just a short walk from the condo— beach chairs and toys are provided for fun in the sun. After a day in the sand, enjoy a dip in the heated pool, which is right outside the condo adjacent to the private covered parking area with spaces for two vehicles.
The open floor plan offers plenty of comfortable seating for watching a movie on the flat screen TV or enjoying complimentary secure Wi-Fi for all your devices. The living and dining area are both open to the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen has full-sized appliances including refrigerator with ice and water in the door, flat top stove, microwave and dishwasher. The cupboards are stocked with dinnerware, flatware, glass ware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
The Main En suite includes a comfy king size bed, oversized walk-in shower, flat screen TV and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. The large guest bathroom has a tub/shower and a fully stocked oversized linen closet.
There is queen sleeper sofa with an added 4" pillow topper in the living room.
Conveniently located to the trolley stop that will take you as far north as Tarpon Springs or down to St. Pete Beach or anywhere in between. You can walk to restaurants, ice cream parlors and a small convenience store. There is a mini golf course close by as well.

Wonderful family vacation stay

The condo literally had everything a family could need. The beach wagon with chairs and toys was especially helpful. The condo is spacious and clean and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats on the intracoastal. We will be back! Thank you Sandy.

The place was very clean and spacious. Location was great, close to the beach and several shops and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need and wide variety of beach equipment. More than was could have hoped for.

Our family really loved this property and area. The condo could not have offered anything else. It had tons of room and everything you need. The location is quiet, but you are within minutes of Clearwater and St Pete’s activities. We hoped to return soon.

A Wonderful Escape

The combination of a view of the Intracoastal, fishing pier, swimming pool, and a short, easy walk to the beach made this perfect for our family which includes 2 small grandsons. Sandy may be our favorite VRBO host ever. Great communication, everything just a pictured, comfy beds (she even included a pack-n-play), well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of beach equipment. This was a wonderful experience. The place was truly lovely and so were the hosts!! It was clean, cute and had everything you needed from stuff in the kitchen, bedding, tons of towels - bath and extras - pool/beach toys, beach chairs, wagon and umbrella. Close to restaurants, stores, ice cream (!), even John's Pass and Clearwater if you want to adventure out. This was a wonderful place to spend vacation. We will be back. Thank you Sandy and Ron!!

First Family Vacation

Sandy, the owner contacted us two days before arrival with instructions for where to park and how to enter the condo. Upon arrival, we are very pleased to see that we got the park out of the sun in a garage. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. The washer and dryer came in very handy during our stay. The condo and the view from the balcony was exactly as advertised. There were plenty of items in the storage shed that are very useful for spending time at the beach. Sandy was very easy to communicate with via text. We would definitely come back again!

Amazing Condo!

This condo was better than advertised. Beautifully decorated and very clean! You can view sunrise from the balcony over the Intracoastal and sunsets on the beach that is just a 4 minute walk from the condo. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance! The communication from the home owner was so helpful! Definitely would stay here again!

Indian Shores, Florida Winter Get Away

Condo was spacious, updated, immaculate and in a great location. The unit was well stocked. The views from the porch were amazing. and we especially enjoyed the beautiful sunrises. At night, with the condo being only a few steps from the beach, we got to enjoy the stunning sunsets. Sandy, the host, was a joy to work with.. One of the perks of the trip was the trolley which helped us conveniently explore other areas around Indian Shores The trolley stops were located close to the condo. The trip was a very enjoyable experience and a great time was had by all.

Perfect Week

My family (5 adults) had a perfect week. The balcony is spacious and a great place to sit, relax and enjoy the view. Our little miniature pincher loved laying in the sun on it. The condo has everything you could possibly need and is really clean and well taken care of with nice furniture and decor. It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pull out queen bed in living room with thick pillow topper, beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, fishing poles, books to read, games and really anything at all you would need. The pool is nice with available bathrooms. The beach is a walk out of the condo driveway and then about 50 yards or less to a crosswalk and then through a small parking lot and wooden bridge to the sand. Less than 5 minute walk. The beach doesn't have restrooms so you need to walk back to the condo. There is also no station to rinse off feet. In the parking garage at the condo there are faucets on the pillars to rinse off things. The dock is nice to sit on and watch boats go by or fish off of. The washer and dryer in the condo makes it easy to keep clothes, towels clean. There is no elevator but the stairs are easily manageable and you park by the door where you go up the stairs that lead only to 4 condos. There are some restaurants, ice cream and coffee places within a mile and grocery stores within 2 miles or a short drive across the draw bridge to more stores and restaurants. The sunrise on the balcony of the condo is amazing and the sunsets on the beach were beautiful. Will definitely book again if going to this area. Highly recommend. The host was also easy to communicate with and very accommodating!
