Lakefront heated pool home near gulf beaches, Fisherman's Village, Ford Edison Estates.
Beautifully appointed home with split floor plan. Master bedroom with king size bed and walk in closet includes french doors to lanai and pool. En suite bath with walk in shower. Second bedroom with queen bed also has french doors to lanai and pool. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Updated guest bath has tub/shower. Formal living room and dining room are located in the front of the house but still have views of the lanai, pool and waterfront. Newly remodeled kitchen also has views of the sun room, pool, lanai and waterfront. Sun room covers the back of the house between the master and second bedroom. It has two pocket sliders to the lanai and pool. Furnishings include linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen. Pool is heated with solar and heat pump. Gas grill is located on lanai. Cable and internet are included as well as utilities. Washer and dryer are located in the 2 car garage. Tennis courts, golf and park are less than 1 mile away. Beach, shopping mall and theater are less than 5 miles away. Pool and lawn service are provided weekly at an agreed upon time.

Joan was very nice, met us there with the keys. The home has everything you can possibly need for your stay. Guys enjoyed the fishing off the dock and kids enjoyed the pool although it would have been nice if it were cooler water.

Had a great stay. The dock was the highlight of the trip. We caught fish, a small sting ray, blue crabs and a shark! House was clean and pool was great. I’d recommend.

My family and I enjoyed port charlotte. The owner was very nice and gave us lots of information about things to do there during our stay.The kids enjoyed the pool the whole entire time we was there for the week , nice view of the canal, would recommend anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy a vacation florida is a great destination. Would highly recommend!

June Vacation 2023

The house was just beautiful. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook a meal from an Angel food cake pan to a turkey roaster. The canal kept us entertained every day watching shark, tarpon, dolphin and manatees. One morning a women’s row team rowed in and turned around right in front of our house. Joan was quick to attend to any problems we encountered. We will definitely rent this house again.

Das Haus war sehr schön und gut gelegen.Alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Auch das Gespäch mit der Vermieterin , das wir am Abflugtag das Haus nicht schon um 10 Uhr, sondernerst um 12 Uhr verlassen brauchten.Wir würden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen, aber der Preis für 2 Rentner ist zu hoch. Vielleicht kann man uns ein ordentliches Angebot machen für 6 Wochen. Vielen Dank nochmal Hans Mehnert , Regine Wirt

The property was in a quite neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Nice sunrises over the water. Joan was great. Brought us fresh Mangos one day which we all loved!! Would recommend for a quite get away. Some great beaches all with in about a 40 minute drive.

The property was great! The pool was awesome, clean, perfect temperature. We got to watch a lot of stingray and jumping mullet out of the screened in area. The details down to providing beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon were so helpful. The host was very responsive and worked with us with our early arrival and our flight being canceled home. Master bath newly renovated as well as many other parts of the house. We can't wait to come back next year.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was a last minute booking and was so pleased that Joan accepted our request. The location was perfect for us. Best Vacation Ever

We had a wonderful time while staying in Port Charlotte. Since we were there for 6 weeks we had an opportunity to get to really know the area and would recommend it to anyone looking for a truly beautiful and convenient area. We ate in a ton of incredible restaurants, saw all the nature preserves, all the botanical gardens, a harbor cruise and much, much more. Joan’s house is so beautiful and well equipped it was hard to leave. She thought of everything and provided for all her guests needs. The house is beautiful with the pool outside the door and the dock sitting on a tributary leading to the mouth of the Peace River and Charlotte Harbor. The view was amazing especially watching the sun rise each morning. It is incredibly convenient to everything in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda and within easy driving distance to Cape Coral, Fort Meyers and Naples.

Property was okay

Kitchen needs new pots, pool was incredible, the lanai is awesome. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that, it was a nicely priced property.
