CUTE AND COMFORTABLE!! This efficiency cottage is walkable to small beach and breakwater, also 1 mile to Roger Wheeler (Sand Hill Cove) State Beach and 1.5 miles to Scarborough State Beach. Walk to Pilgrim Ave surf spot and Point Judith Lighthouse. 1.5 miles to historic Galillee fishing port- Buy fresh lobsters or take the ferry to beautiful Block Island. 45 minutes to Newport or Foxwoods Casino. Walk to Aunt Carries seafood restaurant. NEW Outdoor shower, large shared yard, Patio furniture, Barbecue grill. Shore Times Magazine called "the reef off of Pilgrim Avenue one of the best surfing spots on the East Coast." (Aug 2020)
Also, Boston and Providence less than 2 hours away.

Another Great Week at Point Judith

This was our second week of the summer in this cottage. Everything was perfect, and you can't beat the location. Close to great beaches and delicious restaurants. Can't wait to stay again next year!

Great Property and Location for a Couples Stay

We are repeat renters of this property because we love the location and condition of the property. Recent upgrades to the bathroom that include a full size shower stall are great. The shared backyard with the family that rented the large house worked out perfectly. Looking forward to our other week in August.

Great Little Cottage

Great cottage and very responsive property management when we had an issue with the dishwasher. Convenient location to beach, super quite neighborhood. Rented big house as well, great for large groups to get big house and cottage. Thanks for the great stay.

Enjoyed this cozy cottage with my husband and our dog Sophie. Walking distance to the port Judith Lighthouse and restaurants. The dog beach was around the corner for Sophie. Great owners and very helpful. Highly recommend!!👍🏻

Not worth the money, carpet was dirty, no privacy, opened curtain to side window to let sun light in window was disgusting, bathroom throw rug gross. No vac available. Needs to be painted and updated.

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I, it is very close to the beaches, restaurants, hiking and the view of the ocean down the street was perfect. A cute small hidden gem cottage

Very nice. Great location.

Outdoor shower excellent. Bed was uncomfortable. 2 gas grills on the property. 1 worked twice and quit. the other did not work at all. Overall, nice cottage. Great location. Very conveinent to all locations.

Rented house and cottage together

Beautiful house and cottage with great yard and patio. House and cottage well stocked. Very nice neighborhood. Some roads tricky to maneuver safely walking with children. Small beach great for kids, but beach goers not good about picking up after themselves. Except for small beach, the rest of coast within walking distance was very rocky. Short car ride to sandy beaches with waves. The cottage is very close to the house, and has a shared yard, so should not be rented by anyone not connected with the big house.

A clean small cute cottage close to everything Narragansett

Rented this small cottage June 14-20 had a very relaxing vacation. Kelly the property manager made us feel right at home. She gave us great recommendations for awesome restaurants and beaches to visit. We really loved the sun deck on this cute cottage great sun all day long with a outside shower to cool things off when needed. Plus a big bonus was we got to bring are dog and spend quality time. Cute, well equipped cottage....

A small guest cottage convenient to beaches, restaurants and Narragansett. Well equipped kitchen which even included dishwasher detergent and dish soap, a comfortable bed and a real plus is that linens, towels and beach towels were included! Just bring your bathing suit and personal items and you are all set! "The Cottage" is to the side and back of the Main House (also a rental). We were fortunate to have some nice neighbors for the week! The Cottage is dog friendly and it is near the dog friendly beach if your furry one is a swimmer! Lots of good side streets to walk your pooch! There is a ceiling fan and a window air-conditioner.

Cute cottage in great location! Had an issue with one of the doors locking. Called and it was fixed right away!...thank you Kelly! We were grateful to be able to bring our dogs too. We’d definitely come back here again!
