1: Cancellation OR Rebooking of reservation 60 days/or more prior to the arrival date: A monetary refund less a 20% Cancel Rebooking fee will be refunded within 30 days.

2. Cancellation within 60 days of arrival.

Absolutely No monetary refund for any reason. This includes adverse weather conditions, acts of God, Mechanical failures at the cabin, any health/personal reasons, no shows or shortened stays. We recommend you purchase trip insurance. This is the best way to protect your investment.

You can purchase insurance for approx 5% of your rental cost.

Booking on line Trip insurance is automatic if you choose.

3. Cancellation within the 60 days of reservation: No insurance purchased.
