Surrounded by woodlands, this welcoming cabin features tranquil treetop views, as well as fantastic indoor and outdoor entertaining space. Enjoy access to amazing amenities at Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center - including pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and tennis courts. Kick back by the wood-burning stove in the well-appointed Great Room, furnished with a sofa, armchair, and smart TV. The spacious loft boasts a pool table and two comfy seating areas. A queen sleeper sofa and full-size futon provide extra sleeping space.

Get cooking in the updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful knotty pine cabinets. Tuck into a comfy queen bed in the primary suite. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. Two bathrooms are both equipped with a tub/shower combination.

Breathe the fresh mountain air on the wraparound deck. Comfy lounge furniture on the deck and the ground-level patio invite relaxation. Fire up the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout. Amenities at nearby Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center include pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and tennis courts. Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, Pack 'n Play, booster seat, and a Wii console are provided in the rental.

Your stay includes six (6) Short-Term Tenant Cards, each granting one guest (age 3+) access per day to Tahoe Donner’s exclusive private amenities. Please note that Daily Access Fees apply for each visit:Ages 0–2: Free, Ages 3–6: $10 and Ages 7+: $30.Short-Term Tenant Cards allow access to private amenities on approximately 332 days each year. To prioritize homeowner access during peak times, usage is not available on the following 2026 blackout dates:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
