Beautifully furnished, clean, bright and both spacious and cosy. Great for weekend retreats, holidays with your pets, inspirational creativity and week day meditations on 1.8 acres of private land. The apartment is the complete ground floor of a geodesic dome home, with its own private entrance and patio. Plenty of parking with short and long term stays available. Close to Topanga and hiking in the state park and nearby trails on Tuna Canyon, with Malibu and Topanga State beach less than 10 miles away.

Why they chose this property

A geodesic dome home built in the 70's newley renovated in 2018, 1.8 acres of land, a sculpting studio and painters dream.

What makes this property unique

Large amount of land to roam free, relaxed and friendly host. Attentive to small details but giving you privacy and space. The views are exceptional and so is the location, remote but not too far, sunset views across the ocean from the entrance to the property and valley views stretching for tens of miles. The land is kept in tune with the seasons and varies its color palette accordingly. There is a swing and two hammocks, a herb garden and various viewing spots and benches throughout the property.
