Brand new smart TV's in every bedroom - Brand New 55 inch TV in Living Room

This spacious condo is beautifully furnished and equipped for your special beach vacation. There are two master bedroom suites (one with a king sized bed, jetted tub and separate shower and the second with a queen sized bed and private shower). The third bedroom has twin beds and shares access with the hall bathroom. The kitchen is completely equipped with appliances, dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. A full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in a laundry room off the kitchen.
A short walk to the beach with no road to cross! Perfect for a family.

Ocean Bliss was built in 2005 and is located midtown on the Ocean Block - there are no streets to cross to get to the beach. This condo is conveniently located near SEACRETS and FAGER'S ISLAND - both within walking distance. Also, within walking distance of shopping and other amusements.

Non-Smoking. No pets please. Balcony and 2 parking spaces. Storage locker provided for beach chairs, beach umbrellas, etc.

No Senior Week Rentals/No Student Groups
Please Note: We do 7 night rentals only in the summer months
Saturday to Saturday

Our family loved our vacation stay at this condo. The condo was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. It was great location for walking to the beach with a 3-year old. Having the beach storage locker was an added bonus. The condo facilities were well maintained, and our grandson also loved the pool Fran was great to work with regarding the rental process. We would absolutely stay at this location again for future vacations.

My family spent a week at this property and had an incredible time. The location of the condo was perfect - a very short walk to the beach, ocean and bay views from the balcony, several stores/ restaurants within walking distance, and a short drive to the Ocean City Boardwalk and other attractions a little further south. The condo was very clean and spacious. We loved that everyone had separate bathrooms, and the main living area was great for watching shows (also a few World Cup Matches), playing games, and relaxing. We enjoyed the private pool on site as well. Fran made everything from booking, to checking in and throughout our stay very simple and we would choose to stay here again if we come back to Ocean City. Ocean Bliss is a beautiful property.

Great place!

We loved this place and the owners were super friendly. We felt right at home. We loved the amenities and close to everything we wanted! My kids didn’t even want to leave the condo sometimes. A little loud some nights at no fault of the owners but from loud people on the streets. All and all great stay and would definitely stay at this place again!!

I really enjoyed my stay. Instructions were detailed and I had no issues. The space is beautiful and spacious with quick access to the beach and Coastal Highway. My family also enjoyed time in the pool. I did find it a little inconvenient to travel with sheets for all the beds and towels as none was provided. Also, there was no shower gel in any of the bathrooms which I wasn't aware that I should have traveled with that. Nevertheless, we had a good time. Thank you!

Summer Vacation

Took time researching a condo for our first summer vacation with our 9 month olds. Picked this one due to pool, close proximity to the beach, and amenities. Was not disappointed. Unit also had a good size storage locker so your not bringing in sandy items from the beach. Would 100% stay her again. A very minor suggestion would be wireless keypad for entry.

Weekend getaway

It was very easy to rent. Condo was clean and spacious. Great location to major restaurants. The only downside and not the condo owners fault was that there was no luggage cart or any type of cart to put your stuff in when unloading. If there are older renters this maybe a problem. Also there is no trash chute must walk trash down the street by parking lot to get rid of.

It is located in the storage area inside the elevator area. I will be more mindful to let our renters know about this ahead of time.

Family Vacation

The property is in a great spot so close to everything you could want to do. We celebrated my daughter turning 21 one thing I think should be added is if you are from out of state we are from PA she still had a vertical license and not all bars would let her in. This should be added to the notes when booking the property. I really wish they would update the key entry. Having 3 couples and only 2 sets of keys means you either need to leave the door unlocked or make sure someone is going to be home if you don't have a set of keys. A keyless entry pad would be so much easier on the door plus the stress of mailing them out the renter and back to the renting company. The couches in the living room could use to be updated so you don't feel like your sitting so low. Over all the place was great the pool was awesome and the beach was so close we would def stay here again it could just use a few little updates.

OC Bliss

Everything was pretty much as expected. Great location in midtown OCMD close to everywhere we like to visit. The only reason did not give 5 stars (would have given 4.5 if an option) is for the check in process. As a suggestion would recommend installing a keyless entry system. It’s just a little bit of a pain with a large group to continually ask people who has a a key to get in and make sure a key does not get lost. Another suggestion would be if no keyless entry system then at least have a combo lock box to hang on the front door with the keys inside. This would also help if maintenance is needed in the condo by outside contractors and the renter is not available to let them in. Also if continue to physically send keys to the renter would suggest a quick text/email to notify the keys and parking passers were sent along with the tracking in formation so can be on the lookout. But again overall the rental was very positive and everything as expected and would definitely stay again. We had a little snafu with the washing machine but the owner was upfront with the issue and kept us aware of the situation and made good with compensation the inconvenience which was much appreciated! suggestion w.

Long weekend

Our group of friends stayed for a long weekend. Great location with huge master. Could use some new paint and bedspreads, but we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Only annoying item is that they mail the keys, would have preferred having a door that you can just use a code. Was difficult if we were not all together and needed to get back in the condo.

Family vacation

Ocean Bliss is a great place to stay while on vacation with your family. We like having not only three bedrooms, but three bathrooms also. Plenty of space for everyone. Outside balcony offers nice seating and a small eating area. The beach is only steps away which is very convenient, especially when you have kids. This is our second time to rent there and we plan to return next summer too!

Great Place!

The pictures do not do this place justice at all. It is much bigger than we thought. Updated, clean and spacious. The owner was very responsive throughout the process and while we were there. In walking distance to pretty much everything you'd need including the beach. One surprise to us was the hallway bathroom is connected directly to the bedroom with two twins as well as the hallway. It was nice essentially having our own private bathroom in that room. Master bedroom is huge. Great views from the balcony. We would definitely like to come back to this place!!

We had a wonderful time. The unit was much larger than we expected and was wonderful for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). Very short walk to the beach. Convenient storage locker for our items. The pool was also great to have a very close to the unit. Lots of restaurants near by. We hope to be back again!
