Lovely granite countertops, brick backsplash, and stainless steel appliances in fully equipped kitchen. Seating for six in the dining area table and two at the breakfast bar. Classy master bedroom has king size bed with new updated bedding, flat screen television, and access to oversized balcony. Master bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower, granite countertops and under mount sink. Guest bedroom has queen size bed with flat screen television. Guest bathroom features shower/tub combination with granite countertops and under mount sink. Beautiful Gulf front view from oversized balcony and seating for six. There are also games, puzzles, and books for entertainment.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Orange Beach

Stay was amazing, perfect location for attractions and great restaurants. Had no difficuties with parking or accessiblity to pool or beach. Staff on site was pleasant and friendly.

Great location.

We loved the convenience of the 2nd floor. There was no wait for an elevator. The condo was very clean. The balcony is large. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good trip

The condo was good for our family. We would come back. The location was pretty ideal. The living room furniture was not clean and we didn’t want to sit on it, but that’s to be expected with a rental. We had no problems finding chairs at the pool and the beach didn’t feel overly crowded. Parking was not an issue. Elevators were fine. Bring all the extras you might need like salt/pepper, dish soap, hand soap and paper products. We liked that we could have groceries and pool items delivered right to our door with Instacart. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Fantastic Room and Service

Stayed for business trip. The apartment was exactly how advertised. Two occasions required me to contact the Front Desk. The first one went great. The second time...took me 2 days to reach someone (post check out) to retrieve a lost item. But...I still give you a 9.5/10. Thank you.

Great balcony

Super busy area and my teenage boys loved all the young people. The porch was GREAT and it was nice to be on the 2nd floor to take the stairs. SUPER EASY check-in process! I haven’t stayed at a rental in quite sometime that wasn’t personally owned, so just make sure you pack ALL THE EXTRAS. Like salt and pepper, spices, olive oil/Pam spray, extra TP, extra blankets of you need them, dish soap…. The listing was 100% accurate, but if you are driving just make sure and pack all these items so you don’t have buy once you get down:)
