Guests are greeted with the well-manicured and kempt grounds of Pelican Paradise A. A private pool sits enclosed on the patio on the south side of the home, with the second-story balcony overlooking the pool.



Entry at the ground level, the first of two living spaces greets you with a sofa sleeper, wet bar, wine cooler. When the family is not at the beach, the pool, or the delightful kitchen upstairs, this is the perfect space to relax and unwind. The ground level features three full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom features a Twin over Full bunk bed, to sleep 3. The second bedroom features two twin bunk beds, with the last bedroom featuring a King bed. 11 total guests can comfortably sleep on the first level of this amazing beach home.



The second story of Pelican Paradise A features a kitchen that is a chef's delight. Fantastic appliances allow for a dynamic cooking and preparatory experience, where no meal is too large or small to take part in. Surrounded by a wraparound counter and bar stools, guests can enjoy time overlooking the kitchen or seated at the kitchen table. Newly upholstered sofas and chairs allow for seating in the second story while enjoying TV, or taking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and emerald waves splashing onto the beach from the luxury of the indoors. A half bathroom conveniently completes the common area of the second story. On the south side of the second story is the second Master Bedroom, with a King bed and Twin over Twin bunks. A full bathroom completes this exceptionally large, dynamic room.



The best is saved for last, with the complete Master Bedroom and Bathroom on the third story. It cannot get any better than a full view of the Gulf of Mexico, a private balcony with seating, and an extensive master bathroom all to yourself.
