Beautiful Gulf Views. New furniture and new sliding glass door.
1 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 5. Free WiFi in gated property. 2 televisions, newly furnished with easy access since it's on the first floor. Updated Appliances, and Bathrooms.
Club access includes: Pickle ball, exercise room and tennis courts. note: 9 hole executive golf course for an additional charge. Oceans restaurant on property!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please pile the towels near the washer, but don’t start the washer-the cleaning crew will take them and bring a new fresh set for the condo.
Dishes-please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start dishwasher by touching start button twice. Trash- please take out trash to outer hall trash chute by stairwell. Thank you!

Perfect rental in PCB.

Perfect location, clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. I highly recommend this unit for a stay in Panama City Beach. Kevin provided prompt and helpful answers to all of my inquires. This will be my first choice for future stays in the area.

Had a great time! Super view, super clean, close and easy access to beach and pool, parking just behind condo so it was really convenient! Bed and pull out sofa bed were both very comfortable! Loved everything about it and cant wait to come again!

This conda was the perfect spot to stay in during our vacation. Perfect, close to everything panama has to offer and the beach was just a few sreps away. Kevin was super helpful and we felt right at home during our stay! Best vacation to date!!!

We love the area, and the sand here along the beach in this part of the gulf. Edgewater resort has so much to offer, we just had to be part of it. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do when we are lucky enough to visit.

Why they chose this property

Leeward building is slightly off the beaten path at Edgewater, yet still offers Oceans restaurant and amenities of the club. We have our own pool and we now offer the rental beach chairs included in the price.
