Gite La Baraque up to 6 people 12270 NAJAC Occitanie FRANCE
In the Aveyronnaise countryside, 3 kilometers from the medieval village of Najac, a village classified among the "most beautiful villages in France" and "Great sites in the Pyrenees", come and take a breath of fresh air.
The cottage is attached to the owners' house with an independent entrance. On the 100m² of the house you will find:
* on the ground floor :
- the main room fully equipped kitchen: gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and Senséo, toaster, fridge, kettle ... and living room side: flat screen TV, sofa, stereo, wifi.
- the toilet area: WC, washing machine and cleaning kit.
- bedroom 1: 140x190 bed, two armchairs, wardrobe, bedside tables.
* upstairs (protected at the top of the stairs by a children's barrier):
- bedroom 2: 140x190 bed, sofa, wardrobe, bedside tables.
- the bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
- bedroom 3: 2 90x190 beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside tables.
- air conditioning in the central corridor.
Outside a 30 m² terrace with table and arbor for your outdoor meals, barbecue.
A green space of 500m² with a children's swing, tables and chairs, sun loungers.
Ping pong table on request.
Three kilometers away is the medieval village of Najac with its cobbled streets and its 13th century fortress to visit.
At the bottom of the village is the swimming pool as well as the leisure center offering tree climbing, ziplining, canoeing, rafting and many activities.
Climbing wall, horse riding, fishing and hiking trails nearby. Supervised swimming on the river at 8 kms.
Less than an hour's drive from numerous sites to discover such as Cordes sur Ciel, St Cirq Lapopie, Saint Antonin Noble Val, Villefranche de Rouergue, Villeneuve, Albi, Belcastel, Conques ...
You can smoke outside the cottage only.
