Upon entering the property you will notice there is ample parking for you and your guests with a large paved driveway and 2 car heated garage.  Store your skis and boots on the ski racks in the garage and step into bliss. The main living area is open concept and takes in the incredible views from wrap around floor to ceiling windows.  Sink back into the custom leather Chesterfield sectional and turn on the gas fireplace while you unwind with the 75” 4K TV equipped with Sonos sound and Apple TV. Outside on the deck the rest of the clan can be relaxing in the 7 person Dimension One spa that takes in the commanding views of Mt. Crested Butte. Don’t want to soak in the tub, then relax on the Red Mtn Logworks furniture that is located on every deck (there’s 3 of them!) With sleeping for up to 14 we are sure part of the family will be enjoying the gourmet kitchen with commercial Thermador appliances and double thickness granite counters. Go ahead and plan that big family meal because the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need right down to the provided Nespresso coffee machine and pods for that perfect morning cappuccino. 

When it comes time to sit down for family dinner, gather around the custom Tigerwood dining table and relax. Remember you're on vacation! Want to grill a steak, or 10, the gas grill on the back deck off the kitchen mud room will do the trick.  After dinner enjoy the board games, cards, and gaming center for the kids in the spacious guest wing of the home.

Bedtime means the whole group gets to sink into one of the ultra luxurious beds. Upstairs you will find a master bed with king bed and master bath with jetted tub and walk in shower. Catch the morning news on your 55” 4K smart TV. On this same level are two guest bedrooms both with en-suite baths. One has a king bed and the other has two queens.  Both with 55” 4K smart TV’s and tub/shower combos in the baths. The room with two queens even has an Xbox One X gaming console for the kids! On the main living level there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath w/walk-in shower. 

Step over to the guest wing and discover what may be the kids' favorite spot! There is a large living area with luxurious leather furnishings, a 60” 4K smart TV with Apple TV and gaming console, and a separate game area/dining table for 8.  The mini kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, disposal, bar fridge, and coffee maker.  Vaulted ceilings make this a great space to take in the breathtaking views or step out onto the deck and relax in the log outdoor furniture.  There a guest bedroom in this wing with queen bed and a full bath with tub/shower combo.

Offering clean and safe rental homes has always been our top priority. As always there is no need to come into our offices to check in.  Since the beginning we have had contactless check in where as a guest you go directly to your home and access the property with a code.  Iron Horse has elevated and will continue to place an emphasis on our cleaning practices and policies, along with procedures such as direct check in to limit contact and provide a safe vacation environment.

Highest Standard Cleaning Procedures

All of our vacation rentals and housekeeping properties are thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each stay. Here are some of the steps we take between each visit to ensure your home will be sanitized, clean, and disinfected.
-All of our cleaning and maintenance staff wear gloves and face covers while in our properties.
-All hard surfaces and high touch areas are cleaned with household disinfectant including doorknobs, handles, toilets and faucet knobs, light switches, handrails, remote controls, lockboxes, electronics, thermostats, game areas, furniture, kitchen cabinets and refrigerators, etc.
-Hot tubs are ALWAYS cleaned, treated and sanitized before your stay. If there is ever a question of cleanliness our crew is instructed to completely drain and refill the tub in addition to sanitizing. 
-All bed and bath linens are laundered on site and installed with care
-Our properties include hand soap, dish soap, and other approved disinfectants for your use
