Charming cottage in downtown. This two bedroom one bath house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Including a large backyard with parking and two sitting areas, one in the backyard and one in the front yard. A grill and fully stocked kitchen are also available for your use. The home also has a reading nook in the living room.

*Please note that the bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms.
* Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. If approved there will be a 25.00 fee.

We really enjoyed staying at this house for our week in Santa Barbara. Easy check-in, great open space, and spacious backyard. It was a short walk to State street and very close to a cute 'pocket' park.

Cute little home walking proximity to restaurants and bars. Host was great and the home was clean and welcoming. Only downside is having the only bathroom in one of the bedrooms. Would stay again!
