With easy access to shopping, dining, the Naval Museum and the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Sandy Key is the perfect place to enjoy family fun year after year. This luxurious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located on the 8th floor (top) of Tower 3 where the Gulf waters can be seen for miles! Early morning is great to catch the sunrise from your private balcony, maybe even catch a dolphin pod swimming by. Relax in the living area furnished with ample seating for everyone including a sofa and 2 recliners, and a Smart TV. The master suite features a King size bed, gorgeous views of the Gulf, sliding glass door to the unit's private balcony, and an attached bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. In the guest bedroom there is a Smart TV, one queen bed and a twin trundle bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all stainless appliances providing everything for the cook of your group including extra cookware and bakeware. Guests can gather around the dinner table that seats up to 6 or take advantage of the Gulf view from the balcony while enjoying your meal. The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools (one heated year-round), hot tub, full size tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. Book now before someone else grabs your perfect family vacation spot! Please no smoking or pets on property.

Lovely, quiet get away!

Communication with the Property Manger was prompt and direct and the condo is exactly as described. Each tower has its own pool so nothing was over crowded, beach access was easy and great, and everything was a short drive to where we needed to be (groceries, local restaurants, etc.). Great, easy get away!

Perfect for families

We loved the quietness of this property. It’s not a super huge high rise, so you were never on top of anyone. The wait for elevators was short and not over crowded, and the location couldn’t be more perfect in its proximity to groceries and restaurants. All people we encountered were family friendly, and check in/out was super easy. Our unit was updated and the beds were super comfy. The view is amazing. Amenities were just enough for our small family, and we will be back to Sandy Key!
