Lovely 3 Bedroom property on the Amuley Mar 1 gated complex

A superb three bedroom town house situated in a quiet location on a private complex in the centre of Caleta De Fuste, which offers a beautiful sandy beach, a variety of bars and restaurants and an 18 hole golf course. The house is furnished to a very high standard and offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs toilet, spacious lounge which comes with FREE Wi-Fi and UK TV channels, DVD player, Smart TV and a fully fitted kitchen which comes equipped with washing machine, microwave, hob, cooker and fridge freezer. Two bedrooms have their own private balconies and fitted wardrobes the third bedroom has an en suite and is downstairs. The third bedroom has its own lounge area. All rooms are fitted with fans for your comfort. The house has its own private patio which is furnished with table and chairs and loungers are provided for around the pool. There is a large shared pool ( which is acclimated during winter months) which is set in beautiful landscaped gardens.

The accommodation was excellent...so clean and everything you could possibly need. Shari who welcomed us was superb in every way nothing was too much trouble including trip to airport on our return. A couple of things I'd like to mention...the step up/down from pavement to complex entrance is so steep and with no hand rail it made it impossible for me without my husband's help. Even a small grab rail would fix that. Also stairs to bedrooms has a rail but then at top there are cater-corner steps...a bit of a challenge for me but i managed. Overall lovely property and Shari was the star x

I have stayed at the Amuley complexes 3 times now and this particular apartment was the best yet. All lovely apart from downstairs bathroom shower head kept falling off, needs a new clamp. Also, pool is not heated as advertised and hasn't been for years as I was told residents in the complex have voted not to repair the heating. The property manager Shari is very good though. always very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Relaxing getaway

This was a beautiful apartment very clean. Beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The pool area was beautiful spotless with established gardens. We would recommend this to anyone. SHARI was so helpful in every way posible

We have just returned home after a 12 day holiday to Amuley Mar No.12. Shari was amazing nothing was too much and constantly checking we were ok. Perfect home from home

The property wall equipped, comfortable and well maintained. The development was gated and felt safe and secure. The pool was well situated and heated. The terrace was a perfect space for Al fresco dining. The location was central to restaurants, harbour and beach. Property managers Shari and David were kind and helpful and we felt extremely well looked after. I would recommend this property to anybody in a heartbeat, and we hope to return in the very near future!

Great Location for town and beach

Excellent visit from start to finish , immaculately presented apartment. Never found anything where I thought ‘I wish there was one of those’. Caleta is currently blessed with what can only be described as the biggest pavement improvement program with roads dug up , parking on rough ground and a calema, still the apartment was clean and well presented. Will definitely be back

Overall our stay was great shari and David were amazingly meeting us at airport and taking us to property. The house had everything we needed and having all the sky channels made a big difference with 2 teenage. Very close to all bars and shops. Only downside was because I have a mobility scooter if the steps at the entrance to the amuley mar complex had a small ramp it would have been so much easier for me. Overall first time trying holiday home and definitely would do so again 🙃

Fabulous home, amazing hosts !

The property is over 3 floors which is great to give one another space, it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Shari and David were on hand if we needed them. We just really needed a base for visiting my parents who have lived on the island for 17 years. We have stayed in a lot of different accommodation over the years. This suited our needs perfectly. Lovely property located in an ideal location for everything.

Despite arriving at the property and finding a pipe had burst, which was outwith anyone’s control, we had a lovely holiday. Shari, who manages the property, and her partner David were amazing, quickly relocating us into temporary accommodation until the owners other 3 bed property was available for us to move into. She also went out and bought us some shopping, organised a discount for a water park trip and dropped us off at the airport for our flight home. All properties we stayed in were impeccably clean and I would highly recommend them to others! Thanks for a lovely holiday, despite the unforeseen hiccup, we will be back 😊 x

Amuley Mar 1 definitely Home from home!

We’ve been to Caleta lots of times since 1995 this is the first time we’ve stayed in this property. The Property Managers Shari and David were great even before we had arrived in Fuerte they were in contact with us. They helped the trip run as smoothly as possible David picked us up from the airport and dropped us back 2weeks later. The property was 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms it was so well equipped there were fans everywhere a hairdryer, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, tea, coffee, sugar, even bin bags were supplied. We didn’t have to take towels or tea towels they were supplied. A massive TV with all programs and of course WIFI. Lovely fenced and gated communal pool and beautiful tended gardens would definitely be using again thankyou x

Great location, amenities and property size ... ideal for our family ....

Really enjoyed our stay ... we are family of 5 (2 ads + 3 teens) ... lads had basement room with their own bathroom ... daughter loved having her own twin room ! Nicely furnished ... very clean with plenty of kitchen utensils ... beach towels ... 6 sunbeds (1 damaged) ... a couple of minor things such as TV kept sticking and WiFi only really worked well on the ground floor ... basement and 1st floor not great (very slow), a couple of the patio chairs had holes in seat and only a table for 4 for a property for 6 ... a lot of the other property's had bigger tables and 6 chairs ... even though patios same size ... few other little DIY issues ... Exceptionally quiet considering we stayed over Easter hols ...at times only us round the pool .... pool itself VERY cold but I know heated pool issue already covered ... Easter obviously classed as Summer ! Many thanks to caretaker Alan ... really helpful and friendly/only a phone call away ... Overall a really enjoyable stay ...

Lovely apartment, amazing host!

Apartment was lovely! The host was brilliant. Unfortunately we were traveling due to a family member being critically ill in hospital. The hosts were amazing, they offered far more support than what was expected of them and i wouldnt hesitate in recommending them and there apartment. From transport support to technical help, they were truly amazing! The apartment has everything you need for a fabulous stay! The beds are comfy, bedrooms have fans and the ability to put the balcony door on latch to let air in. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and cookware you could need and the washer is very helpful. Nice little outdoor terrace to sit and enjoy the sun with views of the pool. The only negatives that i could comment on is that the sofas in the living room aren't big enough for everyone to relax on them and the leather is uncomfortable when hot. However there is a large dining table in the lounge with seating for 6 so this helped the seating situation. The only other minor point is that the pool was freezing, however this is out of the control of the hosts and to be honest once your in, you get used to it pretty quickly! So a fantastic stay with fantastic hosts! Im looking forward to coming back! Thank you so much Shari and David, your support and hosting has been incredible and made such a bad situation that we are going through more bareable! thee

Lovely spacious property over 3 levels.Very useful having ensuite shower room in basement bedroom saves queueing for showers, and also a toilet and washhand basin off of living room.Top floor 2 bedrooms each have a balcony which we located to, to read books in the sun, when sun had moved from our private patio [off of patio doors at kitchen].Bathroom for top floor bedrooms has overbath shower great water pressure & unending supply of hot water.Kitchen has a washing machine which is very useful as it enables you to travel light & wash clothes ,beach towels through etc whilst on holiday.Patio area is lovely, with what looked like brand new high quality patio furniture.Property is set in a beautiful development with well maintained gardens and pool area.Location excellent.Very central to some great restaurants,marina,beach & commercial centre.We especially like Fusion 22 [excellent Indian restaurant],15 [excellent restaurant also,starter of tequila lime chicken salad wow!,in fact we,ve eaten there so many times over numerous holidays and all food has been fantastic].All in all great holiday! Special thanks to Alan who manages the property.He met us at the property with the keys & explained how things worked ie washing machine,tv etc,& showed us round the property.Lovely guy! He even arranged a taxi for our return journey to the airport, as we had said on a previous holiday at a different property we struggled to get a taxi.Thanks Alan

Fabulous home from home stay

If you are looking for a large accommodation that allows you to feel like you are on holiday but with all the modern comforts of home, then youre nto a winner here. There was nothing missed in the detail and description. Spotlessly clean. Totally accomdating as we could get into the holiday home as soon as we arrived from an early flight as we were not crossing over from previous guests. This opportunity was a very welcome gesture from Chris & Chris. Shari our accommodation manager is outstanding. Collected us from the airport, offered trips to the larger supermarket to save money on the big shop, checked on us to see if we had settled in and was available should we have needed any assistance. She is a treasure. Kitchen cupboards fulling stocked with cooking equipment. Shopping bags, foil, clingfilm, coffee, tea & sugar were all available. Not sure if these are provided or left behind but they were a great addition. Cooler box and ice packs for the beach plus beach towels. TV was fabulous. We dont bother with TV on hols but i was ill one day and had an early night so my husband and daughter watched a film on the firestick. Internet very good. 2 bathrooms, one with bath plus a downstairs loo aswell. Basement room was a fantastic addition for independent living for our teenagers who obviously slept late!! Straight out of the apartment into the gated pool. Sun on front all day then on main bedroom balcony until about 8pm. Thank you Chris & Chris we will be back x

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Fuereteventura when we visited it the first time in 1996. We visited it many times after that staying in either Caleta or Corralejo, but in the end it was Caleta where we set our sights on. Being so close to the airport was a definate plus and the resort had just the right balance of bars restaurants and shops to appeal to families and couples alike. There are many restaurants that are aimed at family dining whilst there are some that will attract couples for a quiet romantic meal.
Amuley Mar was a brand new complex when we bought our house and what appealed to us was the fact that the house would be easy to maintain and keep to a high standard. The complex is very well looked after with the pool and gardens being tended daily. The complex is well positioned in the resort with the beach, bars and restaurants all in walking distance.
