Luxury 2 Bedroom Bungalow With Communal Pool & Wifi On Golf Resort

Casa Ellay is a beautifully maintained bungalow set in the quiet area of the Golf resort. It has 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes and mosquito nets. There is a safe in the master bedroom.

The bathroom has a walk in shower with rainhead & regular shower heads. Toilet, sink & bidet. A hairdryer is included.

The large living room has a comfortable corner sofa seating 5 and a dining room table and chairs for 4. For entertainment, there is a flat screen TV, with internet TV including catchup, films, boxsets & radio. There is a seperate HiFi with a selection of CDs, books, games and jigsaw puzzles.

Fibre optic WiFi is included.

The kitchen was fully refurbished in October 2022 and is fully equipped with Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and slow cooker along with all the crockery and cutlery and containers you may need.

Outside, the main patio is south facing and enjoys the sun all day long. At the front, there is a patio table with 4 chairs (all with comfy cushions) and a parasol. At the side of the villa there is an astro-turfed area and a second patio area. Here, there are 4 sunbeds (again with comfy cushions) and 2 side tables.
The property has a wall all the way round making it very private and also secure.

Lovely bungalow

A really comfortable and relaxing stay in a beautifully positioned bungalow. It is close to the shopping centre and a 20 minute walk to town where there are many shops and restaurants to choose from. Everything you need is there, a real home from home. Communication with Lesley was very good and we would certainly come back.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Check in okLovely property, very clean, had everything that we needed, pool access, washing machine, hairdryers, sunbeds, and beach towels, etc. There is no a/c, however my only suggestion is maybe more fans could be made available, a ceiling fan in the bedroom isn't sufficient in the very hot weather. There was only 1 fan that worked, but that stopped working after a week.

Lovely Apartment

It was lovely staying in this apartment, close to the local shops and pool and the house has everything you needs. The next door neighbour was a bit grumpy about parking outside his part of the house (someone else was in front of our part which is why we couldn’t park there) but it was no hardship, we were going out anyway so moved our car soon after. Nothing that the host could have done about it either. We would recommend stopping here especially if you enjoy watching planes come in to land.

Quiet, relaxing break.

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and is close enough to the Atlantico Centre and Caleta town Centre. The facilities in the house were as described. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the patio, which is a sun trap. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

We bought this villa after a friend bought one in the same area. We use it as a retreat from Lanzarote.
I love the peacefulness of the area.

I love being able to walk down to the beach and shops.
My villa has been decorated to the highest standards with the best parasol, sun bed and chair cushions available in the Canary Islands.
The villa has WiFi and internet TV so that I & my guests can still watch English TV and films.
