See the waves crashing on the Beach! A unique Ocean view experience upfront in the more desirable Beach Walker units closet to the sand...
This is a Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 Bath-the smaller 4th BEDROOM has a Trundle bed, which sleeps, 2 children or teenagers.
This unit has 2 king/on-suites that sleeps 4 adults
The #rd bedroom sleeps 2 Adults in Full-size beds--That is 6 adults
1 small bedroom/no closet that has a trundle bed----this is like having 2 twin beds---sleeping 2 children.
If you should need extra room, I manage a 2 bedroom Oceanfront right down the breeze way, that sleeps an additional 6 adults because it has a KING and 2 Queens.
I will not accept bookings for the 4 bedroom/this listing--- with more than 8 guests.

The Villa is located in Beach Walker, within the secured gates of the Amelia Island Plantation Resort. This Building is located in the B building so you and your Family will be just stepping away from the Sand and Surf.
The Villa has 2 balconies, one off the living area and one very large deck off of the Master Suite and a Bonus room for sunbathing and just relaxing with Friends and Family.

We ask that the night before that you wash and dry all beach towels and return them to where you found them. Please shake the sand off outside before placing them into washer...HOT

Please wash one regular load of towels and dry...start the second load on departure. start self cleaning stove if used a lot! Remove racks first.

Please put back into place any furniture that was moved out of it's original spot. This is not an investment rental, IT IS someone's second HOME! Please treat it as such! ALL TRASH OUT &BED/BATH!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

PET HAS TO BE PREAPPROVED BEFORE BOOKING...Pet weight and breed and behaviors have to be approved by property manager.
