This warm and welcoming, all-season mountain condo is all about the location, the view, and family. Perfectly located within walking distance of ski trails, and just a quick shuttle ride from Sugarbush Resort, there are plenty of activities nearby for the whole family. And from the large picture window in the living room to the two balconies, you can enjoy spectacular views of the mountains from inside and outside this home.

No matter the season, there is plenty to do in Warren. In winter, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing at Sugarbush, as well as cross country skiing at Blueberry Lake. In the summer months, you can enjoy the local farmers' markets, Warren Falls, swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking at any of the local mountains. And throughout the year, you'll find numerous shops, restaurants, a local movie theater, and Lawson's Brewery.

Early spring ski trip

While not a ski on / ski off, the unit was located very close to the base of the resort. The unit was very clean upon arrival and more than spacious enough for 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a washer & dryer.

Great Stay in Comfortable Condo

Great property and great stay for a family of most any size. As clean as a hotel with lots of space including a common area on each of the two floors. While the decor is dated the pluses of the property make up for any issue there. One word of caution: There are a number of stairs from the parking lot to the condo. For most this will not be an issue, but if you have any mobility issues you want to find a different property to enjoy.

Great for skiers!

I called 1st night to let Vacasa know that blinds did not work in bunk bed room and they assured me someone would come the next day which of course no one did. I’ve booked places that Vacasa manages and it’s always the same gig. I prefer to stay at properties that owners manage because they seem to care more. Not a negative towards this condo, we enjoyed ourselves. Just corporate America.

Beautiful views and great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit. The views are beautiful and the place was very clean. A bit frustrating was the HVAC, which is locked and stays freezing in the downstairs master bedroom but gets to 80 degrees in the upstairs bedrooms. Neither was comfortable. The master bedroom mattress is an extremely hard foam mattress, maybe warn folks about that? Foam mattresses aren't comfortable for everybody. The upstairs mattresses were very comfortable though. We also had a few kitchen issues that we chose not to call about because we didn't want workmen there during our short stay. So we may have hit some of these issues at the wrong time. Overall a lovely place.

Summiting to the cabin was tricky

We stayed for three nights at the Summit in Vermont in June. It was a nice roomy condo in a ski resort with plenty of beds, comfortable furniture, and lovely views. It was also very clean and well kept. We were disappointed by the fact that the stairs right next to our building which led up to our condo door had been ripped out prior to our arrival. Because of this we had to go down to the next condo about two football fields down lug our stuff up the stairs and walk about 200 yards down a path to get to our condo door. Not fun, or really safe quite honestly. While I understand repairs must periodically be done, we should have been informed. The other thing I was not thrilled about was that the condo listed a washer and dryer as one of its features. When we got there we discovered the washer was unavailable. Considering that this was a feature that I specifically sought, I was not pleased that it was non-functional when we arrived. Otherwise, the condo was very nice and we enjoyed our time there.

What a weekend!

46 Summit delivered on all fronts! It was awesome to be at the top of the base lodging. Views were amazing and the townhouse had more than everything we needed. The attention to detail for skiers and snowboarders was uncanny with all the storage for your great as soon as you walk in. It was very easy to enjoy the rest of our time after skiing and starting the après ski at the townhouse. The whole process from booking, checking in, and checking out was so simple and friendly. Jennifer and Spencer got 10 thumbs up from all of us last weekend!

We had everything we needed during our stay. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Couches and living room seating was comfortable. LOVED the open entry way with all the hooks and cubbies for gear. Really cool wood wall feature in the bedroom and the views were spectacular for sunrise. Will definitely be back!!

Location is great

We loved our stay! We had a small problem with a running toilet and the management person sent someone right over to fix it. One critique would be the heat. On the cold nights, the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were a tad chili at 63 degrees. If a tenant is paying premium rent, it would be nice to unlock all of the zones. I’m all for saving energy and money, but 63 is cold. The Rinnai heater does a great job of heating up the living room and upstairs but doesn’t really touch the master bed and bath. Thanks!
