Summer days invite you to swim in the shared pool, rally on nearby tennis courts, or simply linger outdoors with a barbecue meal and the backdrop of Vermont’s Green Mountains. Evenings are for gathering inside by the fireplace, where games and laughter stretch long after sunset.

Sleeping arrangements
This retreat accommodates up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces. On the main floor, the primary bedroom features a king bed and a twin sleeper chair. Upstairs, two bedrooms each include a king bed. The fourth bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk, a twin window bed, and a twin trundle, perfect for kids or groups. A queen pull-out couch in the living room adds flexibility for larger parties. Linens, towels, and a washer and dryer are provided for longer stays.

Outdoor living
Ski directly from the private entrance in winter, or head outside for sledding right by the home. In warmer months, enjoy a pool open from June through September, plus nearby tennis, hiking, and biking trails. The backyard offers open space for play, while the patio or balcony is furnished with loungers and seating for relaxed time outdoors. A BBQ grill makes it easy to host summer dinners with mountain views.

Cozy interiors
The living area centers around a fireplace with comfortable seating and large windows that fill the space with light. Entertainment includes a vintage Pac-Man arcade game, game console, darts, board games, and even life-size games that bring everyone together.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and all the basics needed for home-cooked meals. A dining table provides space to gather for breakfasts before the lifts or family dinners after the day’s adventures.

Family-friendly details
Traveling with children is made easier with a high chair, pack ’n play, and room-darkening shades for restful naps. Outdoor space offers plenty of room for play, while cozy bedrooms provide privacy and comfort when it’s time to rest.
