Hodnett Cooper is excited to present this beautifully furnished three-bedroom, three-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 318 is furnished to include hardwood floors, tiled showers, granite counters, newer fixtures, and plantation shutters. Beach Club 318 offers beautiful courtyard and ocean views and features complimentary in-room high-speed internet service.

Spring Break

This is the second year we’ve stayed in this condo. Great location. Plenty of space for everyone. The twin bunk beds in front room needs some attention. They are very wobbly. Overall had a great stay.

Summer 24 vaca

Property was well appointed. Patio had a great view of the ocean. Pool was nice and not overly crowded. We rented boogie boards and beach chairs (free!) which were used everyday. It was a bit of a hike to the ocean, but I needed my steps especially while in vaca.

Great unit, the only problem were the mattresses on the bunk beds, they were very lumpy.

It was a very nice unit and we enjoyed our trip very much. Unit is located close to the elevator and that was very convenient. The only issue we had was the mattresses on the bunk beds could be upgraded.

The only property I stay at when visiting SSI

Very easy to locate this property. Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Great pool. Very near the downtown pier area. Close to Craptrap and Crabdaddys.
