This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 4th floor condominium at North Breakers has it from nearly every room.

The living and dining area are uncommonly large and set the perfect stage for family gathering whether to play games, enjoy dinner or just watch some television.

The master bedroom with a king bed and private bath is just off the living area and has access to the front balcony facing the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen bed with balcony access overlooking the pool and hot tubs, the third bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has recently been updated with a sleeper sofa.

All bedrooms have a television.

The community features direct beach access with a boardwalk, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

This was our second time to visit this unit. We love the location, the property grounds and the beach access! The view from the balcony is beautiful and a perfect place for a quiet cup of coffee. We love renting bikes because it’s an easy ride down to the village for lunch and shopping. The beds were all very comfortable and everything was so clean. We had a wonderful time!

ABSOLUTELY Outstanding

The breathtaking view is just the beginning!The condo was spotless inside and the grounds were also extremely well kept. All amenities we needed were available contributing to an enjoyable stay. There is plenty to do nearby although the place itself is hard to leave because it is so beautifully relaxing. Any questions we had were promptly addressed and accommodated our needs.We are hopeful to return ,,,some day.- HIGHLY recommend

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved everything about our trip! The unit was perfect our family and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The entire property was well kept and so convenient to the beach and area restaurants and shops. The luggage and grocery carts were a huge help in the loading/unloading process. You get an amazing view from the balcony! We were able to ride our bikes to eat dinner and shop! There is so much to do in the area and we are looking forward to coming back soon! I would definitely recommend this property.

Golf and Beach fun

Layout and size of condo was great for our family. Overall condo was good, sofa and loveseat was stained and worn. Very disappointed in pool and pool deck. We stayed 11 days and the pool was never clean. I called and complained after day 3 and one man showed up and vacuumed the center of the pool for 15 mins and left. The pool and pool deck had sand, leaves, & trash the entire stay. It was unusable for our family.
