Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
