Greatly decorated…. Both men and women would feel right at home and clean clean clean! Fully stocked w/cooking cookware and pantry with lots of spices in kitchen. Short walk to the Christmas Boat Parade on Lake Havasu. Walked to Marisa’s Italian Della… incredible food, service and lattes! Many eateries in walking distance. Also walk to rent bikes and ride along Lake.

Great Condo just off the Lake!

The property was fantastic! Michelle, the host, was amazing! Constant communication and she made the process simple! My out of town guest loved the Condos theme and how close it was to dining, the lake and other areas. I would recommend Michelle's condo to anyone looking for a great condo in walking distance of near everything..... Including the parks and water! We will definitely rent this unit again if available when needed!

This was our first time using VRBO and we could not have chosen a better place for us to stay I have some health conditions but with this location, lower level and parking spot could not have been better, the pool area was quiet comfortable and well taken care and the bed was amazing!! Michelle made the process simple she returned messages promptly and was so good to work with. Will use Michelle again on our next trip. Highly recommend

Lake Havasu trip.

It was nice, not far off the highway. Short walk to a park, the lake, places to eat etc. There is parking for boats, trailers etc. We hauled our side by side down there in a cargo trailer, so needed a place to park it. Parking for trailers is on a first come basis which could be a problem, but it was not for us on this trip.

Outside Fun in Lake Havasu

We were very impressed especially of the location of this property. We were less than 15 minutes from so many places to hike, and we were located just off the bike path that stretched the whole city. Most importantly, we could walk to the city park every day to sightsee. One thing that was especially helpful was the binder Michelle left for us. We tried four of the restaurants suggested, and they were all delicious! We would definitely stay here if our travels include Lake Havasu again!

This property was in a perfect location near walking /biking paths. Easy too get to stores etc. The two patios were a plus. Michelle was very easy to work with. The property had everything we needed without been cluttered. We enjoyed the quail and road runners who visited.

We love this complex. This is our third stay in three different units and by far the best unit for us. Two patios was wonderful and the wildlife was pretty fun to watch. Enjoyed watching the roadrunners, quail cottontail bunnies every morning. A quick easy walk down to the water all the way up to London bridge along the water. Unit was extremely clean, comfortably decorated with a great king size bed. I loved the dog book and the bedroom. Can't say enough about the location and how much we enjoyed it while visiting family.

We'd definitely recommend this place and would certainly stay here again. Nicely decorated/located and very up to date technology-wise that made me feel at home. Incredibly clean. Walking distance from Rotary Park and Lake Havasu/beach London Bridge and shops and a huge number of restaurants. Gas station/mini-mart too. Right there. There is nothing about this place that would make me hesitate to rent again including the ease of communicating with the owner in almost realtime. All I can say is book it. You will not be disappointed!

2nd stay at Susan’s adorable condo. Perfect fit for us. Short walk to Rotary Park, with peaceful walking trails and lake view. Walk to London Bridge. Large extra patio to entertain family/friends. Will be back! Only suggestion would be a fire pit.
