. Navarre Vacation Rentals maintains Operational Office Hours based on seasonal rental demands. Office Hours are maintained year round Monday-Friday from 9AM - 5 PM Central Standard Time. During periods of peak rental demand Office Hours are maintained on Saturday and Sunday 10 AM - 6PM Central Standard Time.

RESERVATIONS: Guests who make an Online Reservation will receive an email from Navarre Vacation Rentals with a copy of the Rental Lease Agreement attached. A copy of the Rental Lease Agreement can be found with this listing. All Guests making an Online Reservation must execute and return the Rental Lease Agreement within 72 Hours of making a Reservation.

CANCELLATIONS: Guests may cancel a Reservation and with at least 60 days notice prior to the commencement date receive a full refund. Guests cancellations that provide at least 30 days notice prior to the commencement date are eligible for a 50% refund. Guest cancellations with less than 30 days notice are not eligible for any refund. Navarre Vacation Rentals cautions Guests to "carefully" read the terms and conditions before purchasing Travel Interruption Insurance being offered online. Trip Cancellation Forgiveness Coverage can be purchased directly from Navarre Vacation Rentals after the Online Reservation has been made.

OCCUPANCY: This property permits a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in the Guest Bedroom. At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 6 people including infants and small children.

AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age.

DAMAGES: Guest Damage Insurance is not required. Guests are required to present a major credit card at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Guest damages are to be deemed as billable and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In.

AMENITIES: The use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Security removing and banning Guests from the facility. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.

PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present while in this community. Guest violations will result in the immediate termination of the Guest's rental use of the property and the Guest's forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest violations of the NO PET Policy may be subject to additional charges associated with Repairs, Replacements or Pet Remediation efforts, Fines, if any, issued by the Homeowner's Association will be deemed as billable charges and will be applied to the Guest's Credit Card. This community carefully monitors for the presence of all pets and animals.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances when a Reservation is displaced or interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances Guests will be relocated to comparable accommodations. If comparable accommodations are not available the Guest will be entitled to receive a full refund.

SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior areas of this property. This includes vaping and medical marijuana. Any Guest violation of the NO SMOKING Policy will result in the immediate termination of Guest's rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional charges may be applied to Guest's Credit Card for any needed Repairs, property replacements or Smoke Remediation efforts.

Minimum periods for rental use apply.

PLEASE NOTE: Should a Guest purchase travel interruption insurance offered online from the underwriters endorsed by VRBO any cancellation remains subject to the terms and conditions of the purchased travel insurance. No refunds will be honored by Navarre Vacation Rentals. Any reimbursement of the expenses incurred by a Guest must be collected from the insurance underwriter and will be the responsibility of the the Guest to collect directly from the Insurance Company underwriting the policy.
