Beautiful home on the golf course in Estrella. Fantastic views of the mountains and sunsets! Gated community, heated pool and hot tub. This home is one of the nicest floor plans in Estrella. Sitting on a premier lot overlooking the golf course. The backyard offers a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit seating and dining table, plus your own putting green. Inside you will find high end finishes. Master bedroom and one of the guests rooms are upstairs. Downstairs has two additional bedrooms plus a bonus room all with queen beds. Also downstairs are a family room, bar, and pool table. The gourmet kitchen has a gas cooktop, breakfast bar and two dining tables.
This property is perfect for family getaways to enjoy the warm winter weather and spring training. The Indians and Reds share a facility 10 minutes away. Six other teams have their spring training facilities within a 30 minute drive. Other venues within 30 minutes include Univ of Phoenix Stadium (Cardinals), Gila River Arena (Coyotes), and the Phoenix Speedway. Great hiking trails within a mile of the house. You will likely choose to spend time sitting by the fire pit or pool enjoying the view of the mountains and those spectacular Arizona sunsets.
There is a fee to heat the pool that will be charged on a separate charge and is based on time of year.
