Why they chose this property
We bought this home for our family and for us to some day retire to. We fell in love with the Palm Valley area where you will find the streets lined with Palm Trees and a dozen of spectacular golf courses nearby. We love ALL sporting events and this area is perfect for that, easy access to any professional Football, Baseball, Basketball, and Hockey venue's. This house is a semi custom beautiful home built in a gorgeous, quiet area and the neighborhood is well kept with every yard manicured to perfection. The amenities are close by, great shopping and restaurants you won't need to get back on the freeway everything is here in Palm Valley for you and your family.
What makes this property unique
We chose this TW Lewis home because we know how well known these builders are for their well built homes and unique floor plans. The home has such an open feel, large kitchen, extremely clean, very comfortable, well decorated, all new furnishings, beautifully landscaped, an inviting backyard with a water feature, heated pool and spa. The private courtyard with an outdoor fireplace is just another additional living space to enjoy.
