The pool was amazing! Great place to relax for families with kids of all ages. Communication with host was great! We had no issues during our stay. My only critique would be the furnishings are a little worn/dated. This would not stop us from staying again or recommending!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was very spacious, clean and has everything you need. We really enjoyed the backyard where we took advantage of the heated pool and spa (which were very easy to operate), as well as the firepit and BBQ grill. It was close to Spring Training games for us! Lastly, it's always reassuring when you have a host who is responsive and accomodating. Thanks for a great stay Colby! -Dennis B

Great House for a family!

Our stay was very comfortable, the 3-bedrooms were great for the children and as Grandparents were able to have the downstairs bedroom. The backyard with the Pool, Hottub, Fire Pit and Grill were our favorite. KP

Why they chose this property

Worked very hard doing my research in cities and neighborhoods in the Phoenix metropolitan area and jumped on the opportunity to start my first short term rental in the Estrella Mountain Ranch community in Goodyear, AZ. When I closed in 2021. Love the tall ceilings and wide open areas with a gorgeous backyard to entertain in all day.

Heated pool with attached spa with waterfall feature connected to push button remote attached to side of house. Firepit for guests to use along with outdoor grill island. House has 2 floors in wide open floor plan with many common areas for groups to gather or separate into their own spaces when needed during their trip. Master bedroom on main floor has direct access to outdoor pool area. Pickleball / Sand Volleyball / Basketball courts in neighborhood and equipment in garage to use if needed. Spa has remote directly hooked up to it to turn on/off at your discretion along with the pool lights & waterfall. House has ultra fast wifi speeds up to 1000 mbps.
